Hurak Reviews

incredibly kind and helpful instructor - knew what he was doing, came well prepared and answered every question perfectly.
had a great day & learnt something new :)

Mustafa was the best trainer I had so far, very detailed and made the classes very
engaging.

Mustafa top trainer really enjoyed doing the course with hurak thank you.

Great SIA Trainer Mustafa. really good

One of the best traing centers i have been to for my door supervisor refresher thank you guys for all your precise tutoring and hardworking service,

Mustafa was an excellent trainer. Really good SIA course

I'm highly satisfied and will recommend my friends and colleagues.

Can’t fault a thing about the course. The tutor was excellent and got his information across brilliantly. 5 star and 10 out of 10

Rip off - don't use these people - Booked Working at Height - £24 for a PDF handbook and a chance to print a certificate - means nothing and if quite frankly dangerous - will be going with another provider and informing HSE of the poor quality

Absolutely scammers. I bought the course for £100 but no longer need it. I didn't have an exam date, I hadn't set anything, and they finally replied to my four emails, saying they wouldn't refund my money. So I gave them £100. Absolutely scammers. Be careful people.

Mustafa is a great teacher.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent FAAW course delivered by Mustafa. Very professional, patient and engaging throughout the training. He explained CPR, AED use, choking, recovery position and emergency scenarios in a way that was easy to understand and remember. Unlike many courses that feel rushed, Mustafa made sure everyone participated, understood the practical side and felt confident dealing with real-life situations. The atmosphere was relaxed, interactive and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to gain genuine first aid knowledge rather than just obtaining a certificate. One of the best training instructors I have had. Thank you, Mustafa and Hurak Learning.

Mustafa was an exceptional teacher. He explained everything so clearly. Highly recommend.

Did first aid course with Hurak really good course

Very dozy people. Running business from India or Pakistan. After failed my orel assessment they want more money or asking me to buy primer package.

Feedback regarding the Level 1 Health & Safety on a Construction Site exam. Unfortunately, I failed the test, and I’m quite disappointed with the experience.

A large number of the questions that came up in the exam were not covered in the online course material at all. I understand that some parts are expected to be common / general knowledge, but when paying for a course, I would expect the majority of the exam topics and question areas to have been properly covered and prepared for during the training.

At the moment, I feel like I was not adequately prepared for the actual exam despite completing the course and passing multiple mock exams. I don’t feel the course content matched the test requirements closely enough.

Thanks.

I had a great experience while doing the SIA DOOR SUPERVISOR course. Both the organisers and the Instructor were very helpful and professional. I have learnt well. The Instructor was knowledgeable and kept the class interesting.
I wish the organisers and the instructors all the best and also would thank them for their support.

5 easy star. Everything is straight forward and easy communication was established. My assessor Azaz was wery professional and helped me all the way.
