Really good, no complaints, fast and easy to place an order, when you get to the participating gyms they check you in real quick. So this is way better than traditional membership, you can also visit other gyms within the price range

Easy to use for a gym fur a few weeks on holiday. Only needed a temporary membership as I have full membership at home. Refreshingly easy to cancel subscription although I nearly fell fur using a discount code with minimum 3 month subscription. Felt that was disingenuous and a “small print” trap easy to fall into

It was easy to book my spa day with my grandchildren but daft that it costs £13.50 for a child aged 5 and 7 when that is the same price for an adult, still, we had a wonderful day with staff giving my grandchildren swimming aids to borrow, such a lovely day out

Park club is a massive gym and its got everything u need. Separate male and female changing rooms which r always clean and tidy. The pool is so clear and they have a sauna which is great. You can even sit and have a coffee after ur work out. I would recommend park club gym to friends and family

Great service loads of opportunities of access in health spas and swimming pools leisure centres and gyms no doubt an outstanding service provider keep up the work hussle

Its a nightmare getting into everyone active gyms. The staff rarely know how to use the system and you can't self book in. Great idea poorly executed.

Overall the service is good but could be better. I'd like to see more investment in the Android app, it seems quite limited at the moment. Also, an option to add my pass to my google wallet with a bar code so I can scan at the gate.

Much cheaper with my Bupa discount. Access to multiple gyms. My only frustration is more with everyone active as everytime i walk in to my local gym i have to go to reception give them my monthly number and they then activate me on the everyone active app. Why have this process it could be a overnight script that checks and validates me in their app.

Very good experience with good customer service

Hussle itself works well, I do get a gym membership cheaper, but the fact every time I go to my Everyone Active gym I have to go to the reception to get them to enter a code is super frustrating. It's a busy gym, I sometimes have to wait 10 mins just to get access, there has to be a better system than a OTP every time I go to the gym.

Very good. Access to a variety of gyms means I can do pilates at one, swim and spa at another and wellness, strength and fitness classes at another that gives me such flexibility.

The process of registering and becoming a member is seamless and less of stress. Just walking through the data filling and get your membership number quicker.

My wife and I have gone 3 times when we come to London as we are from Gibraltar. Our daughter Lesley Posso who is a member introduced us and it meets our expectations fully. We do gym routines and then swimming. It seems the swimming rules are not enforced and perhaps some policing to ensure the different categories use the appropriate lanes and swim in circular motion as laid down in the rules. However this is just an observation, not a complaint. Thanks
