Excellent gym subscription if working away or traveling the country
I'm currently living away from home caring for a relative. A neighbour recommended an amazing gym (315 in Lancs) but it wasn't going to be cost effective as I won't always be local. However - the gym explained Hussel, a subscription where I could use this and other gyms, pausing membership altogether if needed.
Having started with Hussel in April, I've waited until now to review, because I wanted to know if it really was easy to use more than one gym (yes, absolutely) and whether it was easy to pause and re-start membership (yes, absolutely).
I was due to be travelling a lot during May, so paused the membership with no problem at all. Just popped back to the gym today and no problem at all accessing it as usual after the pause.
Since the 'home' gym I have chosen is a fairly expensive one, the monthly subscription gives me access to over 750 other gyms in the UK - though it wouldn't be as wide a range if your base gym was cheaper each month. Pros and cons.
As the memberships aren't with the gyms themselves, I've found you have to ask staff to add you to any classes manually, rather than using the gym's own app / website, but I have had no trouble doing this. There's also a yoga app that comes with my subscription that I haven't got round to trying yet - but that might also be an appealing add on for some.
Some of the gyms listed as available for me to use are actually only open to people who have corporate Hussel memberships. This is indicated in the description of the gym on your account page - it's worth ringing the gyms to see if they might make an exception.
Overall, I am really pleased with my subscription. The flexibility has got me back to the gym most days after years away and I'm loving trying out different places across the country when staying with friends, or working away.

I love the fact that I can go to a gym in the vicinity of my work and home... And I can switch it up to add novelty. The curious cat loves exploring a new gym when it's not feeling motivated to workout...

You can not complain
You can not complain, you get everything if you know how to use it! You can loose your Extra Pounds and Build Muscles - no Problems at all, just focus on yourself and do the Best, don't forget - it isn't that Cheap to reach your Goals!

Completely worth it. I have access to 800+ gyms across the UK and I've been able to use the app successfully wherever I've been.

Customer service slow and scripted
Customer service slow and scripted. Check in means you have to that gyms check mechanism/ card, plus the Hussle app and it nobody is at the counter at that gym, that means your not getting in. It is a complete faff. The idea is good in theory but unless these things get sorted out, it’s not worth it.

I have checked our system, and learned that your message to our support team was received late in the evening at 10:24 pm on 30 May, and our team replied the following morning at 8:32 am. The response acknowledged your request and asked which venues you were looking to access so they could help properly. I am sorry to hear that it felt slow and scripted.
The Hussle Monthly+ pass is also different from a traditional gym membership. It does not usually include a member access card, fob, or direct gym membership setup. We try to make this clear on our website and venue profiles before purchase, including how access works and what customers should expect when they arrive.
That said, I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the venue. I understand that any delay at check-in can be frustrating, and appreciate you raising it. I see that our team has already explained the Monthly+ pass access process, confirmed the pricing for the venue in question, and shared information about future check-in options.
We’re always working to make access as smooth as possible, but we also want to be transparent that Hussle does not sell traditional gym memberships, so access may work differently depending on the venue.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed, particularly if you expected classes to be included with your Hussle pass.
We do try to make the access included at each venue as clear as possible before purchase. Every venue on Hussle has its own profile page, which shows the facilities and activities included, along with any booking guidance where this applies. Many of our venue partners do include classes, but not all of them do.
For the venue linked to your pass, the profile shows access to the gym and pool only. Classes are not shown as included or bookable on that venue profile, so they would not form part of the pass purchased.
I also want to clarify that the amount paid for your pass was £52.56 after the discount applied, rather than £200. If you’re still within your 14-day cooling-off period, please contact our support team at info@hussle.com and they can explain the options available to you.

Hustle made the process of registering for a local gym in the UK a breeze. The interface is incredibly clean and intuitive, and I was fully signed up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Fantastic user experience!

Its a good solution, but no weekend access
Its a good solution, but having no access to gym on Saturdays or Sundays is not making it so attractive. will need to rethink if I stay with subscription.

Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear you see Hussle as a good solution, but I understand why weekend access would be important to you.
The Hussle Monthly+ pass gives access to your chosen venue, as well as other included venues at the same price point or below. Access rules can vary by venue, including opening times, included facilities and any restrictions set by the venue.
For the main venue selected with your pass, access is indeed available on weekdays only. This information is shown on the venue profile before purchase so customers can check whether the pass suits their routine.
If weekend access is important, it may be worth checking the other venues included with your Monthly+ pass, as some may offer weekend access. Nearby you have New Chiswick Pools, West 4 Gym, RINTO Fitness Richmond.
