Jobsworth Attitude
I ordered a number of items as requested by the landscaper laying a patio for us. Unfortunately he wasn't very good at estimating the quantities and we are now left with 2 LARGE bulk bags of sand. I visited the Thetford branch where I bought the supplies from to ask if I could return these items. Jobsworth Neil at the branch said they couldn't take them back as " someone" might have put something in the sand thus they couldn't resell it !!!!!. What nonsense as the bags have been in our garden. Happy to take your money, but for something as simple as asking to return these 2 bulk bags, not intetested.

I visited the Woodford branch today to…
I visited the Woodford branch today to get some timber. I spoke to a guy in the yard and explained what amounts I required but he then tried to rip me off by giving me a ticket for double the amount of wood that I required. I certainly won't be going back again. Be warned, as these guys are trying to rip people off!
