Missed delivery
Order was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday
Called up on Wednesday and informed Huws Grey delivery had been missed
Couldn't deliver until Friday so job got delayed

Website is extremely hard to navigate
Website is extremely hard to navigate, I asked for delivery but wasn't given the option at checkout. The order was then delivered to another area no where near where I live.

Very poor communication and cost me a…
Very poor communication and cost me a lot in lost time waiting for deliveries that were confirmed at a time and date and didn’t turn up. Had men waiting that were stood for two days

Helpful staff
Easy website to order with click and collect and the staff in the shop and yard were very helpful even though I turned up to collect at quarter to closing time on a Friday.

Everything ordered was all ready for collection and the staff were very helpful. Even had a call to let me know it was ready. Great Service.

Poor systems
Ordered online for home delivery from Bradford branch.
No one contacted me.
Sent a follow up email 2 days later.
No response.
Called the branch after a week.
Very helpful person said that he'd been away for a week and no one had processed the order.
He was very helpful and courteous.
Delivered next day.
Delivery driver was also very helpful.
He stated that he'd made 2 seperate deliveries to adjacent streets in the last couple of days.
The low star rating does not reflect the staff I interacted with, rather the terrible on-line ordering and delivery systems that seem to be in place.

No proper communication on my delivery only found out it had been deivered when i had missed calls and an invoice through my door!

Really helped me out of a problem, great price and they were in contact constantly to let me know when my order would arrive. Delivery driver was spot on as well. Will definitely be using them again.
