Everything was above and beyond expectations. It was well appreciated that they provided small things like laundry detergent, trash bags etc. The roku tv was easy to use and the hot tub was warmed up and fully functional, ready for a dip as soon as we checked in. They notified us when it was available for early check in which was also a nice touch!

I stayed here for approximately 2 months and the experience overall has been great. I have tried other corporate housing providers in Boston (and Airbnbs) and Hyatus is without a doubt the best option.

They are very responsive whenever I have an issue (responding within minutes!) and the buildings they work with are great and have useful amenities.

Of course sometimes we did have minor issues with the building but Hyatus always made sure to communicate with the building and fix the issue.

I liked my experience so much I plan on only using Hyatus whenever I’m in the North East.

I do not recommend renting from Hyatus. The apartment I rented at their Everett, MA location is in a new building, and has a beautiful lobby. Unfortunately, the construction is shoddy and there are a lot of problems - the water flow is very low, the heater is crazy loud. Electricity and internet went out several times.

The people in the apartment above are up all night (and you will be too). The neighborhood is described as "up and coming" but it hasn't come up just yet, do not recommend for solo female travelers.

The management company, Hyatus, seems sketchy. I had reserved the apartment and paid in full an entire month. Hyatus immediately took the money from my bank. Then they claimed they "couldn't find my reservation so couldn't give me the apartment and they'd refund the money when they found it." I told them to return my money, or give me the apartment or I'd call the police. After that, they "found" my money and gave me the apartment. I found similar complaints online with other properties they manage. Either it's a scam, or they are the most incompetent people on earth. I think the former. Then they told me if I wanted to renew, it would be at a 42% increase from my first month. Hard pass.

Just spend Halloween in Boston and decided to stay in an apartment at Hyatus Living Everett. As we arrived (late), we discovered that the third bed was not prepared and the sheets were dirty. We had to clean then at 10pm to sleep ! (We had a refund for cleaning). The apartment is for 5 but when booked we specified 6 and they said no problem. Only 4 chairs available so we had to take it in turns to sit down so all the meals were taken outside. The pans were dirty, the rubbish was not far from our apartment and out of order. Not a great stay at all and we had a 100 dollars refund for the inconvenience 😅 NEVER AGAIN

Our stay with Hyatus Stays (Philadelphia property) was one of the most distressing travel experiences we’ve ever had. During our visit, someone entered our apartment without permission while we were away. We later learned from Hyatus staff that the employee involved was terminated, confirming the seriousness of what happened.

After that incident, we no longer felt safe — we had to carry our passports, electronics, and valuables everywhere for the rest of the trip. Our seven-year-old daughter was terrified to shower or change clothes, fearing hidden cameras or another intrusion.

We were also told we would receive a partial refund, later confirmed by multiple Hyatus representatives, but the payment was never issued despite months of follow-ups, emails, and calls. To date, no manager or legal representative has taken accountability.

Hyatus advertises itself as a “luxury apartment” experience, but what we encountered was a complete lack of safety, transparency, and customer care.

I strongly urge travelers to avoid this company until they address their safety protocols, guest privacy, and refund policies.

Not a good experience. First of all, it’s in Northern Liberties not Old City. Second, you can’t use the gym or the pool. Next and most importantly , they sent me an invoice, took my $3700, then said they were actually booked and denied having my money and told me to talk to my bank. After speaking with my bank, it’s confirmed hyatus has my money. So disgusting and dishonest. Don’t stay here.

Hyatus stays is a guaranteed great stay and time. You will be treated well and be comfortable

Room service was on point and staff was so easy to deal with.

I loved Hyatus in Stamford! This was my second Hyatus visit for a medical rotation, the first was in New Haven. Both times I had incredible experiences from the team to the luxury amenities. I will always look for Hyatus for future rotations as well!

Always beautiful units, always fully stocked, and the team always goes the extra mile! I’ve loved each different location I’ve stayed at from Boston to NY to Philly, thank you Hyatus!

I would suggest avoiding Hyatus Bethlehem as it is overpriced and Hyatus is not prepared to resolve issues that its short term residents face.

The below is a genuine and honest review.

My partner and I stayed at Hyatus Bethlehem with our two little children (a newborn and 2 year old) between June and July 2024 for just over 5 weeks.

Whilst the property was clean and well presented and the staff were very helpful, there were a number of issues which were not resolved (despite them being raised a number of times by me). We were very upset and disappointed by this given the amount of money that we paid for our stay.

There was a mouse/rat problem in and surrounding the building. We were convinced of this but couldn't see anything until we saw a dead mouse outside the front door building.

There was an extremely strong smell of cannabis in the corridors in our apartment and this smell somehow made it into our bathroom most days/weeknights. Despite raising this issue a number of times early on and again towards the end of our stay, nothing was done by Hyatus. We were told by Hyatus that the building was managed by a third party managing agent, but this agent did nothing to stop the smell. This was even more disappointing given that we had two very young children with us.

There were issues with the mailbox key which were resolved after nearly 3 weeks, but we needed access to the mailbox earlier than this.

I was told that the dryer was free but I had to pay $1 each time to use it.

There was an excessive banging noise coming from the apartment above and loud music from the apartment below for many nights during our stay. This was raised by me by email but did not stop. Often this was late at night.

We had water leaks coming through our bathroom ceiling from the apartment above on two occasions which soaked the entire bathroom floor which then had to be cleaned by us.

Our friend who had just given birth fell off a dining room chair (as the leg was bent and this was not checked by your staff prior to check-in). She hurt her back in the process.

The AC in the communal area was either not working or too hot making it unsuitable for sitting in most times given the weather over our stay.

One of the washers and dryers was out of order for sometime during our stay. Given how much we paid for our stay, we would have expected the machines to be fixed much sooner. This often meant we were unable to wash and dry clothes as the other two machines were being used and the laundry process was very long.

The bath water was a dark murky brown colour for the last week. Whilst I raised this by email, I was not given an update and it was not followed up. This issue persisted until the end of our stay.

There was no intercom system to the building which meant it was impossible to take delivery of important documents. I was told that business concierge could sign off on packages and this did not happen. I was told that the building receives many packages from FedEx and Hyatus take care of it all. This did not happen and we had to spend $60 on a return Uber to the FedEx facility to collect the passport.

Despite raising these issues during my stay, they were not resolved.

Following my stay, I raised these issues directly with Hyatus and was insulted when they offered me $100 compensation which in my view is totally unacceptable given the amount we paid for our stay and the issues we faced. After rejecting this offer, my two follow up emails to Hyatus were blanked and ignored.

Hyatus is our family's go to home when we're away from home and we need more space to be together then hotel rooms the staff are so friendly the prices are very reasonable I recommend!

I was very happy with rooftop pool but it does close at 9pm so nothing late night. overall very good!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my overall experience from dealing with Tatenda before the lease to leasing to the move-in with the nice portal and videos explaining how to move move in just a very well done experience I wish all furnished departments were like this

We loved our stay in Providence we saved money because we would have had to get two rooms in a hotel the kitchen was fully stocked overall a great!!
