hydrafitnessexchange.com Reviews

They sent me the wrong battery for my equipment. I returned it but they won't refund my money for the price. Not to mention I paid shipping both ways. Do not order from these people. They just take your money.

The part got here quickly and was an exact fit. Very good service, and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you

Received the circuit board two days sooner than expected. Installed easily and worked the first time!

I had a good experience looking up the part I needed and ordering it. The control board I needed shipped in a timely manner and has been installed and works fine. All went smoothly.

Great service! I ordered a replacement display board for my treadmill on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.

I just finished swapping the board out and my treadmill is fully functional again!

Very poor customer service. ☹
Takes a very long time for them to respond.
See other reviews where they placed the blame on us customers. 🤨
From their reply they tell me they're getting tons of messages from customers. Yep I believe that because they are so shady!

Great product, fixed my problem. Great customer service and follow up to interactions

Terrible company!
They have the WORST customer service with horrible employees. They will take forever to respond and will make false promises. There are many businesses to get parts from... do not use this one!

replacement foot for sole treadmill damaged in move. Perfect fit, good shipment time, exactly what I needed

Great, fast shipping. Part arrived well packed with no damage and worked perfectly.

Don’t buy from this company! They don’t stand behind their promises. This is a Terrible unreliable company who sell products that don’t work & has horrible customer service. We purchased an item from here which cost $600 & it only lasted a little over a month. When I called the hydra fitness exchange about the product that didn’t work he made promises to call me back to resolve issue but he didn’t call back so when I called back he claimed i hadn’t called them to inform them of the issue & he could not help me in any way. A very poor run company with no customer service.?Don’t buy from them!

Great experience from website to shipping and parts delivered.

Part was what I needed, and it worked well.

The item arrived early (hooray) and it worked perfectly

Shipping was quick and easy, and the repair part worked.

Exactly what I need to fix my Precor machine.
Fast delivery, reasonable price 👍🏻

They had what we needed and shipping was fast.

Great item, works perfect. Fast shipping

Expensive for an used part, but grateful nonetheless that they were able to send it to me. Now, if only someone in my family would use the danged elliptical machine, as it's taking up a lot of room in my garage.
