I wish I’d read actual reviews before I bought from this company. Firstly, it took weeks for the product to arrive. When it did arrive, it smelled of rotten eggs. I followed the instructions and it barely worked. I tried again the next day using more product than directed and it still didn’t work. According to their website, they have 24/7 customer service and a 30 day money back guarantee. Both of which are false. I sent 3 emails to their customer service address asking for a refund and it’s been over a month without a reply. The 30 day money back guarantee has now also lapsed and their no chance of resolve. I would avoid like the plague. If I could give them 0 star, I would.

Terrible experience. I have reached out to their customer service on 4 occasions. I ordered a product in July and it never arrived. Asked for an update at end of August, told me they’d check with the courier - asked two more times and on the fourth asked for a refund. They never got back to me. It’s a total scam. They have stolen my money and obvs have done the same to others and are getting away with it. Disgraceful.

Scam. Never received product - they offered full refund. Only received refund for shipping ($5!) and they never responded to any of my emails to follow up.

Hydrateology.com is not a real business. This a bogus company that takes customer money and then uses AI correspondence to apologize in delays in shipping. You will never receive the product. Do not trust any business that you pay on Shopify.

Total scam, the products advertised are not what is sent as the quality is terrible. The customer service is appalling and basically they just ignore you when you ask how to return a product. Fo not purchase from this company. Its a SCAM

Complete scam! I should’ve read more into the website, I was swindled by a Facebook ad they were running that featured FAKE reviews. Took over a month to receive a completely different looking product than the one advertised. $40 wasted I’m so confused by this fake China brand

I'm an idiot. It's literally stuff from Temu. Paid nearly $40 for something that costs $5 on Temu and SHEIN. Literally the same packaging.

This product is absolute bogus. Doesn’t work at all, took over a month to receive it, can’t get anyone to respond to my emails for months. When I finally did get a response, they say no returns or refunds, even though their website clearly (dishonestly) boasts hassle free 100% money back guarantee. Absolutely do not order or waste your time and money!

The packaging is not the same as on their website, it doesn’t even have the logo. When I asked them why that was they gave some bullshit excuse.
I asked for a refund (I hadn’t even took it out the package) and they responded dodging my question. Then ignored me for 2 weeks.
I also got a chargeback from my bank and they EMAILED ME asking me to undo the charge back.. AHHAHA WHAT. WHO DOES THAT.
All the website is fake, the reviews are fake and they’ve even gone as far as making AI generated videos on YouTube to promote this shit, which by the way, is from CHINA.
OH AND it’s also on Amazon, you know the fake ass bottle I got without the logo? Yep. On Amazon.

The packaging and branding on received product was very different to what was advertised. When I first used it for a patch test it had a very weird smell- luckily had no reaction and it seemed that it did remove some hair but not all which was disappointing. I was just unhappy with the product so I reached out for a refund and attached lots of photo evidence and my proof of purchase. They replied back that because I had opened the packaging they cannot refund me. Absolutely scammers. Please avoid!!

Multiple issues with what I purchased.
1. I bought 2 'facial hair removal' creams + 2 aftercare gels and one of the gel bottles was completely empty.

2. The facial hair removal cream does not work. I started at 5 minutes - nothing. Did the '10 minutes' maximum and still nothing. Tried 12 minutes today and it STILL doesn't remove the hair.

3. The GLP-1 patches are complete trash. If you're able to get them off the sheet of paper (usually the paper comes off with it), they barely stick. Within 1 hour of putting it on clean skin, it's falling off.

Plus, they ship from China, so you have to wait a month to even get the product. HUGE waste of money.

Hair removal cream arrived and did not irritate skin, but also did not remove any hair at all even when left on for the maximum amount of time in the instructions. Literally did nothing at all. No hair removed.
