I didn't like that I had to set up all the channels when the advertisement said all you had to do is plug it in I'm to old for that.

Too much promotion of add on features or products with very little info on how much if any product make the original order a good or bad purchase. If special add-on products are the only thing keeping us from deciding that this was not a legit product, and we have to go through all sorts of paperwork and run-arounds to get our money back, it was an all too common experience.

Very nice representative on the phone, but product is not what i expected. I like fill refund.

The items were sent sooner then I thought they would Everthing was included .

They explained things for me to make things easier for me to get my refund

It did not work at all, never showed setup screen

The product does not work for us. My husband accidently ordered qty of 9 and we needed 1. after some searching I found customer support and Rose was very helpful in assisting my return. Thank you!

I bought four tellysticks and first two that l received didn’t work to my satisfaction, therefore l am returning it.

My experience first of frustration because it was my mistake. Then surprised at the rapid response and resolution and cancelation of product.

transaction went well however i ordered too many by mistake .like to return 3 of them
