It's difficult to know where to begin. Essentially they are selling a £1 HDMI stick for £88

It's all just a scam. IF you order it they will try to take follow up payments via PayPal. This isn't mentioned

Having bought the item I soon realised it was a SCAM. I immediately cancelled my order but they claimed that they couldn't stop it coming, which of course was a lie. Tracking proved that.

I told them that should they attempt to deliver then I would refuse. They ignored my request, threatening me with their terms and conditions nonsense.

They tried twice to deliver, twice I refused it

Eventually PayPal refunded me in full and yet PayPal still transact business with them despite everything

COMPLETE SCAM !!! If they put as much work into the product they could have something the scam is elaborate. I investigated, AI told me it was all good. What kind of people are they? I wish I had known about Trustpilot.

Do not buy anything from this company! You will loose your money. You will not get a refund and their products don’t work. This company needs to be shut down.

Ordered 2 firesticks that did not include all proper accessories to function. I kept getting notice that my network could not be found despite all other devices in my home being connected. Then told "wrong password". When I inquired by email (no phone # provided) instructions were emailed. The first step was to connect the power adapter to the firestick then to the wall outlet. An adapter was not included in pkg nor illustrated on paper instructions. Instead, a connector with a disc was sent and not shown on box of inclusions or instructions. I assumed it was some type antenna to be stuck to the wall based on round adhesive included with it. Still no connection. I was told I would have to buy a power adapter. When I requested a full refund I was reminded of 30 day return period and an offer to keep product with a 25% refund. Shame on me for being scammed. They get to keep 75% of money on useless products. I prefer my full refund to put towards a firestick of quality and fewer parts. Who wants to keep a useless product? I suggest their product box honestly note all accessories included in the box for proper connection and better illustrated instructions of such accessories. Also, provide a phone number to live support service for faster customer svc. I feel their email responses drug out intentionally, allowing 30 day opportunity to lapse.

I purchased 1 Flixy Stick and was charged for 4! I immediately sent an email identifying the mistake. I never received a reply. The product does not do what it promises. You still need to buy subscriptions to Disney, Netflix etc. This company is a complete scam. I’m now 15 e mails to the company trying to get a return address and they will not supply me with one. They keep offering a discount which I do not want. Extremely frustrating. If there is a class action lawsuit against them I would like to join in to get my money back! Buyer beware!

I purchased the sticker based on the information that they advertised only to find out that I was the victim of a scam to the tenth power there people are unchanging people for a simple fire stick it doesn't meet any of the advertised specifications false advertising at its best I plan to look into this company and get a class act suit because so many people are victims of the scam but my suggestion to anyone who is planning on getting this device save money and get yourself a fire stix it will serve you better and you know what to expect

i received stick , connected as instruction ,found it needed to download an app which on search was a very dodgy site to enter so didnt do any download rendering tyhe stick absolutely useless.

I ordered 1, got 10 devices. No invoice and no return mailing address. I contacted my bank and Paypal. My emails are returned as undeliverable.
Can someone let me know the return address. I would appreciate it.

Im not happy with this product at all. Lots of issues during installation and after it was installed, it was slow, or not working at all. Ive had fire sticks before with none of these issues. There was also a scam component to this company as well. When I was ordering it, they had lots of confusing pop ups then ended with me ordering 4 setups (rather than the two that I wanted). After I saw the final order, I immediately went to the "contact us" and the email wouldn't go through. Scam. Not worth a penny.

If I could give zero star I would. I bought it online on 28 November 2025 but it never arrived. I received notification about shipment on its way then nothing else. I have emailed a number of times to support to no avail. If you chat with the so-called online support, it's AI and kept repeating the same script. It's 22 January 2026, and the AI blamed it on DHL. It's a TOTAL SCAM. They have the gut to advertise on Instagram.

The streaming stick doesn’t do what their ads claimed. You still need subscriptions for Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc., and the device doesn’t give you free access like they said. Total waste of money.

A complete scam/con stay away. No response after leaving emails A1 chat and site contact. Waiting since 10/12/25. My own fault should have carried out some due diligence.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Places order on 30th November they messaged to say it had been sent but would not and as of January the 11 are ignoring emails and not providing and tracking information.

I made the mistake of believing their advertisement. They took payment and issued me with an order reference.I was told repeatedly the switch had been despatched and was on its way to me. No name of carrier or reference number. Inane replies from flixy customer support. I ask for my money back as nothing received after a month. First, they tell me they cannot find my order and can I send them details - all of which they had included in emails to me previously. Finally, they tell me they will help me walk through the repayment process to return the switch, which I have never received. I continue to receive messages from a package tracking company (no name), but trying to enter a reference number does not work.
My latest email demanding a refund has not been answered.
Please take my experience as a warning not to order from this company

The product did not work. Refund is not good. Do not buy.

Purchased 4 for gifts. None of them worked. They offered 50% discount if I kept them. I ended up paying for postage, however getting the return address is nearly impossible.THIS COMPANY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

The order didn't arrive in time for Christmas and they won't give me a refund.

Total scam so far I’ve got 14 emails telling me and asking me all these questions but yet I still don’t have a refund nor do I have RTA total in complete scam you have to subscribe to every one of the ones you subscribed to now nothing changes. They’re a bunch of bullshitters.
