For full transparency, we would like to clarify what actually happened:

You requested and received multiple free trials over several days (around 7 trials).

You were sending 20–30 messages per day, often with repeated or new demands.

We always tried to assist you, although the extremely high number of messages naturally caused some delays.

You received a full refund twice, even after using the service each time.

Today again, after the subscription was delivered and activated, you requested another refund — and we still processed it without any issue.

Additionally, we would like to mention something important for transparency:

You previously left a negative review, then removed it,

Then you posted a positive review,

And finally you changed it back to a negative review when we did not agree to give more free trials or a cheaper price.

We understand that no service fits everyone, and we respect that.
However, this back-and-forth reviewing to pressure for more free trials or discounts is not a fair representation of our service.

Despite all this, we treated you respectfully and refunded you every time you requested it.

We always aim to provide a fair, honest, and transparent experience to all customers.
We wish you the best, and our support remains available if you need further clarification.

After posting this reply, the same customer contacted us again requesting to return to the service.
We appreciate that, but we kindly maintain our position.
Our goal is to serve customers who genuinely want a stable IPTV service and communicate respectfully.

Top service

I’ve been using this IPTV service for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. The channel selection is excellent, covering everything from live sports and movies to international channels. The stream quality is crystal clear, with very little to no buffering, even during peak hours. The setup was quick and easy, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question. Compared to other providers I’ve tried, this one is definitely more reliable and offers great value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stable and enjoyable IPTV experience!

Very good IPTV service

Very good IPTV service, got a few of my friends got it and they like it a lot , been few months no problems at all , great prices and great customer service support too, will go it again when the year up for renewal
