The product is effective as claimed.Foolproof and reliable.The hydro water tastes very smooth, none of the usual bite. My kidneys will benefit over time, which is why I bought the Hydrohealth unit. I look forward to long term wellness benefits from simply drinking hydrogenated water.

Customer service was fast and excellent. Product is great.

The product only worked for one month. Then didn't work again. I contacted uou about it again and again. You kept saying I had NOT contacted you are all. I tried repeatedly to STOP my subscription for the packets to put into the water. I had a horrible time over weeks just getting you to STOP my subscription.
I can't recommend this company or it's product HYDROHEALTH BOTTLES AND PACKETS.
I never received a refund, or replacement on my bottle. I was finally able after months of trying to get the subscription for the packets to STOP. I now have several boxes of the packets unopened and unusable because the bottle fiesn't work. This us very sad because my kidney numbers had began to improve drastically after only a month. I would have liked to continue the program.

My Doctor was very concern about my Kidney numbers. I went home and researched how to improve my Kidney; I ordered two Hydrohealth bottles. Within two weeks of use my numbers improved. The Doctor said whatever I was doing keep doing! I Am thankful! GOD BLESS!😀

This is my complaint to the BBB.
I had ordered a hydrogenated bottle from HydroHealth. That's it. That's all I wanted. Next thing I know they are randomly taking money off my credit card without my authorization and later sent me a product that I never ordered nor wanted. I contacted them through email - only because there is no other way to speak to them. They had already taken the money out of my account but not send the product as of yet, so I told them not to sent the product and put the money back onto my credit card. They sent the product anyway and refused to refund my money, even though I sent their product back to them without ever opening it, but wrote on the package "Return To Sender." For at least two months, but closer to three months, I have been emailing them to refund my money and they just keep giving me the runaround. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company, which they are currently working on. These people (HydroHealth) should be shut down! They are the biggest liars and scammers of anyone I have ever delt with, and by the looks of other complaints, it is happening a lot. Thankfully I was not scammed out of as much money as many others have been. I have sent them yet another email as of today, "I am writing to inform you that I have filed a dispute against you since you refuse to refund my $39.50. I am also going to write a very ugly review on how you conduct your shady business and steal money from your customers. There is no excuse for you to have not refunded my account. Your product was returned over a month ago. A product that I never asked for or wanted and never even opened, but just put "return to sender" on the package. You cannot even be professional enough to have a customer service line available to handle issues that come up, issues which in your case seems to be the norm. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED!!!" Please do not let them continue to fraud people anymore.

I would not even give one star but had to in order to write a review. I paid for a hydrogen bottle in June and have yet to receive it. Is there a backlog on sending orders out? Please explain.

I have CKD and their hydroh bottle has been a real Blessing. So, much so that I have both their regular and pro bottles now. It brought my eGFR level up 9 points in the time that I have used their product and I give hydrogenized water full credit for doing this. Have made this a part of my permanent regiment. Their email customer service in my experience is also excellent.

I truly enjoy my cup and I am planning on buying these for my parents and family I believe this is a thoughtful gift for love one and excellent holiday gift. ! I appreciate that when I contact the company about a subscription I was given a quick email and they settled my situation. Good business practice!

Have been using my Hydrohealth bottle now for around 6-9 months and have found it to be amazing for my hydration and kidney health. I love the fact that it’s all backed up with comprehensive studies. Would highly recommend this product.

The Hydro health bottle has been a good way for me to address some health issues and to drink more water. We all say we’re going to do that but do not always do it! This gives me an object that somehow motivates me to increase my water intake. The bottle is constructed very well and the customer service is excellent. I had a question and they got right back to me with the answer.

i was really so stressed with this purchase. didn’t expect to receive this kind of items from hydrohealth. the website indicates money back and free returns for unsatisfied costumers. i haven’t tried the products due to safety concerns. i received used and damaged items. the company offered discounted prices so customers will entice to buy more but send only one functioning item so its basically paying the full price. the package came in a bad condition. one barcode of the box with the return to vendor sticker is very old showing evidence it was used and returned. one item had water mark and finger prints inside the bottle. there’s a dried liquid that looks like blood. i am suppose to be gifting these bottles to my parents and uncle. how frustrating and embarrassing.

I want to share wonderful news. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 CKD last year. I bought the hydrogen water bottle about six months ago and use it everyday all day long.

I had my six month checkup yesterday and I'm now Stage 2! The Dr. was SO impressed with my progress.

I also changed my diet and have lost 57 lbs since November 2025. I'm doing water Aerobics five days a week, and walk my goldendoodle Jewels an hour everyday.

All this contributed to my better health. I'm 71 years old and feel better than I have in 30 years.

I believe the water bottle was the beginning of my new life and I thank you all so much for creating it!

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order and within 10 minutes after reading bad reviews I canceled it. At first they said no problem. Then they shipped it to me and said their system auto shipped it. They refused to pay for the return label. I spent $19 sending it back. They did no refund the money and I had to send them tracking to prove they got it back. Then they deducted $19.95 to process the refund and the box was never opened. This company had horrible or non-existent service. Avoid them completely.

I received two packages of product that I did not order and very carefully returned the package in accordance with their instructions well within the 60 days window. I ever sent them a copy of the USPS tracking number and was told that they would reimburse me when they received the package. Thus far, I've not received any credit to my account and am going to follow up with my credit card agency to see if they can assist me.

I'm not satisfied and it has not been helpful to my health journey.
I don't believe in this product and I want a refund for the two products I bought plus the lifetime warranty.
If Hydro Health is so great then they should have no problem with a refund.

Been using my hydro bottle for over 1 month and enjoy it soo much. Hydrohealth.Co is amazing.

The product is pricey but it works. it actually increased/improved my kidney function after drinking the water for 3+ days,my labs show this in my urinalysis.

I started to order 2 bottles that came with drops, charger. Then I decided to check some reviews and backed out before sale was complete. It took my order. Ok so I kept them. Then a month later they bill me for drops and send them automatically. When I reach out they say sorry subscription is already on the way. If you want us to cancel future orders we will. They offer to give me 50% refund and keep the drops or send them back with me paying postage and 15% restocking fee. The next day, 7/3/26, I get an email that says thanks for ordering your new bottle with charger and drops. This company is a SCAM. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

at over $100 per bottle, failing at just over a year for both, is ridiculous
