Hi Luis,
Thanks for your valuable feedback.
I've had a check with our Customer Service Executive Sara, who confirmed to us that your package was successfully delivered Oct 12.
It looks like UPS has delayed your package's way due to being held up at customs for little while, but managed to deliver at the end.
We apologise for this inconvenience on behalf of our delivery partner, and hope you're enjoying your HYLUS products! :)
Kind Regards,
HYLUS Team

My Epic popart surfboard arrived in only a few days. Thé video from Hylus to hang thé surfboard on the wall was very helpful, thanks. Thé surfboard is wonderful and gets a lot of attention in my living room.
It looks as nice as on thé pictures from Hylus website. I recommend these surfboards as well as other original paintings to anyone willing to enhance their homes.

I haven’t received my package
I haven’t received my package, it’s been almost a month and the tracking number still shows no updates. HULUS definitely doesn’t offer a reasonable post-sale experience. It’s a pity because you guys do offer some amazing products. I hope you improve on those issues, maybe provide some extra care on international orders? Idk..
