I needed a shirt exchanged for a golf cancer tournament which I needed expedited in 3 weeks and they couldn’t get me it until 5-6 weeks. So I won’t have it in time . Shirts are poor quality and not true to size.

Dear Karen,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're extremely sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with your purchase. We understand that this must be very disappointing to you. As we stated in our previous conversation, we would love to send a new shirt to you. The only concern is our factory is located overseas and all of our shirts are made-to-order so we need certain time for turnaround. For that very reason, we hope for your sympathy that we are not able to deliver the replacement to you within 2 weeks as per your requirement.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. It’s not the experience we wish to create for any of our customers. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and allowing us to address it. If there is anything else I can help you with, please contact us directly at support@hyperfavor.com .
Yours sincerely,

Husband’s Dream Hawaiian Shirt!
Y’all were able to create my husbands dream Hawaiian shirt without him even knowing we wanted it!! It was his Christmas present and he absolutely loves it! It looked better than I would’ve imagined!! I really appreciate how easy the process was too and how easy it was to communicate with y’all!

Love this golf shirt
Love this golf shirt! It was very cute and it arrived on time. The only slight negative is that it runs a little small. And I’m tall, so I would have preferred if the shirt was 2 inches longer. Other than those minor things, I really love the shirt and cannot wait to wear it.

I love the shirt we bought
I love the shirt we bought. We bought it for my son who is an avid chess player. I can’t provide a picture because it was a gift but I asked him if he liked it and he said yes, that he wore it to a chess tournament and got many compliments. His only wish is that there was one more button at the top, as the neckline is a little low for his liking. Thank you!
