It was very good and had helpful insights and facts.

So far really personally making one think none alcohol ever when going to drive or actually driving in any vehicle is always the best decision.

Quite shocking. The way the motorbike instructors talk to you is appalling. Pure negativity. No supportive comments. No positive encouragement. Just school master attitude. I had the misfortune of meeting the head instructor who was the worst offender by far! If he had a puppy and it peed on the mat, he is very much the sort to shout at the puppy and rub his nose forcefully in the wet patch. He does not have any ability to empathise, offer supportive guidance, or show any professional inclination to communicate respectfully and positively. They have zero conception of how to offer criticism in a positive and engaging manner. I left the course as was no longer prepared to be treated like a naughty school boy. I know that many many others share my view on the endemic unprofessionalism of this groups communication ability. I have had a great experience with Rospa who are far more professional and human - they know how to talk to people in a respectful manner

Jo is an excellent tutor! Non-judgmental, kind and patient. She is funny too! She made one of the most challenging times of my life easy to deal with. I recommend IAM RoadSmart because of Jo!

I’ve just completed my I Am RoadSmart course, and I genuinely feel like it’s changed my life. The information shared throughout the sessions was incredible — not just helpful for driving, but for my overall lifestyle, including my drinking habits and the way I think about safety and responsibility.

A special mention goes to Sarah and Jo, who were both fantastic. Sarah especially made me feel so welcome, calm, and supported from the moment I walked in. Her approach, kindness, and ability to explain things clearly made the whole experience not only educational but genuinely enjoyable.

This course is packed with powerful, eye‑opening information, and I’m so grateful I took part. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Debbie was brilliant. I think we all took alot from doing this course, considering we were a group of 20 she really had her hands full, but she reined us in if we got too far off topic and was able to keep us on track to completion.
There is a lot of information shared and it is very informative, some of which was really surprising and I think we all collectively agreed that we came out of it with a much better awareness and the ability to share this new understanding with others.
Debbie was engaging throughout and I would highly recommend doing this course with her. There was no judgement and everyone was able to talk about their experience and share with others if they wanted to, it is certainly worthwhile and something I would recommend that it be considered mandatory as part of a driving license.

This was the most engaging and informative training I have attended in months. It offered excellent value for money. I will always recommend IAM RoadSmart without hesitation. I entered the course feeling uneasy, having feelings such as what’s the course leader and the group of strangers going to be like. But I was delighted by the group of 20 strangers, who I can now call friends, who all contributed in their own way and were all very supportive of each other. And most of all Debbie (our course leader) who was absolutely outstanding, understanding, empathetic and had a very warm sense of humour, which helped the whole course feel like a lesson with your best friends and favourite teacher. I would highly recommend this course to anyone and it’s worth every penny.

The teacher Debbie easy to talk to and was clear and understandable

I really enjoyed the day - I found it very useful to be able to practice skills that can translate to the road in a safe traffic free environment. I found the briefings, both the general pre session briefing, and our group's instructor's one very useful. There was good time on the track, and in case anyone wonders whether you'll be tootling around at 40 mph .... you won't!

I found IAM RoadSmart drink drive course very informative and eye-opening. I learned a lot about alcohol units, effects of alcohol on the body, drink driving risks and how my decisions can affect other people.

The course was delivered in a supportive and non judgmental way which made it easy to partcipate and speak openly.

I would definitely recommend IAM RoadSmart to anyone who has to complete this course.

I would also like to give special thanks to Liz for the way she delivered the course. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional and made the class experience feel relaxed and constructive.

I had a really good experience during the course, Liz was really friendly and made the whole course really relaxed and easy to get involved in. I learnt a lot throughout the days and definitely more informative than I would have thought. Would recommend!
