Update: 8th Sept.
Spoiler alert. I wasnt wrong. I've been asked to remove the review however I felt like an update was more fitting.
After many promises of a bed, the tracking never budged from Poland. I was then promised another day but the drawers would then arrive 3-5 days later. I'd lost faith by this point and requested a cancellation.
Customer service very responsive, no issue there and I can say that I have now received a full refund. For that, I will up my review to 2 stars.

Happy to be proven otherwise, but as of the 24th Aug I have still not received my item.
Payment was taken on the 4th August.
I was promised tracking information, which did eventually come through but the goods have not be handed across to the shipping company, or the tracking hasnt been updated.
I've emailed customer service and will await a reply and happily update this review if I feel it needs to reflect better.

Final update:
The bed arrived and once assembled is lovely and good quality. Shame the delivery was not as good as it should have been.

Update: since the original customer service review I have unfortunately had to wait a long time for the bed to arrive. I was told they were 2 weeks behind and said I would have the bed in 14 days. I am now on days 16 and still no bed or date of when I will have it. Very upsetting.

Very helpful customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong bed and contacted them via email to get the correct bed. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

We are very happy with our toddlers Montessori bed - it looks fabulous. Thank you so much.

Feedback has been really good and Mike\Michael chased up the situation and my parcel arrived yesterday. I was expecting slats with the bed, I haven't put it together yet but pleased to know it isn't a scam. A lot of the email correspondence went into junk so be sure to check this if you're experiencing something similar!

Starting to get really frustrated with my order. Payment came out of my account on the 24th July. Still no bedframe. Get given a tracking code which says has arrived in the UK but nothing further in terms of date of arrival. Trying to be understanding but starting to worry I am being messed about. Happy to change my review if it arrives but otherwise looking for a refund! This bed is for my 6 month old son and I cant transition him into his nursery without it. Upsetting service right now.

Great service ! The bed slats arrived faster than expected and the bed frame followed just a few days later

Very happy with post sales support. I text after I had an issue (my problem nothing to do with the bed, the bed is still excellent). I was offered a bespoke design that will fit my requirements and fix the issue I have. Would highly recommend!

Absolute scam, asked them to send me legs for my son’s floor bed. I’ve paid and they never showed up despite telling me twice they sent them. Do not order from here!

There were some moments of poor customer service which made me lose confidence in the business, however, great effort was made on their part to rectify the situation, and in the end it was a good outcome for all.

Excellent customer service and communication so far! I’ve sent an enquiry about one of the products and if a bespoke size could be done. Mike responded promptly, professionally and offered extra support and suggestions.
Very happy with the pre-sales experience that I had so far and it made me decide to purchase from them.

We have the Lasse Duo Montessori Bed which we bought from another company years ago which has since closed down. As our toddler has got bigger we wanted to get the under storage drawers and house frame for the same bed. We enquired about getting these extra items and received fast responses and quotes the same day. The customer services team were really helpful and we are now awaiting the arrival of our delivery.

Avoid! It's a scam, a really good well made scam, they have changed their name, the previous company was called Funique Furniture, it came up when I message them on their Facebook page, if you Google that company it advises that items do not arrive and refunds are not provided! I have never received a tracking number, communication stopped and item never arrived!

I had some questions about the specifications of the bed and whether it can be adapted as my child grows. I recieved a response very promptly and Michal was very helpful in answering my questions. Really good pre-sales service!

Great customer service. I had been looking for a double floor bed for my daughter for ages but finally pulled the plug and glad I did. Great value for money especially for a solid wood bed.

Perfect first bed for my toddler, absolutely loved it. Solid and sturdy design, great quality and easy to assemble.

Really excellent bed purchased for my 2 year old. She needs a lot of room to sleep as she’s a wiggler and the risk of her falling out is high. We bought the Lasse Scandinavian Wooden Kids Bed in a small double and it is perfect for her. It’s a floor bed so it doesn’t hurt if she rolls out, and large enough for me to lie down with her at bedtime and cuddle to sleep. We’ve just bought legs too to make it into a higher bed when she gets a bit older. Great service and fast delivery too. Would highly recommend
