A truly beautiful experience….
I have just come back from our family trip to Al-Aqsa with Ibadah tours and alhumdulillah it was an experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life!
I was a little nervous before going as we were taking our three young children but the Ibadah team’s professionalism, their detailed and informative seminar before the trip and their constant reassurance put us at ease. Their expertise was apparent throughout the whole journey, from beginning to end.
Br Ali the tour leader was an exceptional guide! His knowledge and love for Al-Aqsa is on another level and the banter between him and sheikh Saleh on the ziyarahs made it a very enjoyable experience.
We felt safe and protected throughout and we’re already planning our next trip with them inshallah! If anyone is planning to go to this most blessed land, I would 100% recommend booking it with Ibadah tours. May Allah swt bless them and reward them for making our trip a truly beautiful one. Whatever your needs and concerns Ali and Saleh was always there to help out.
It was our first visit to Al Aqsa and inshallah many more to come and inshallah with brother Ali from Ibadah Tours.
Ali wasn’t just a group leader he and the rest of the group have become friends and family members.
We were kept updated always and were given amazing and eye opening tours of the holy lands.

This was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Having already completed my Hajj afew years back i had yearned for a visit to the SACRED place of Al Aqsa. Ibadah tours made it a special visit with all their experience of this area. Their expertise made the trip a very enjoyable learning pilgrimage.

I was honoured to perform Umrah with my parents, and as it was my first time going, I wanted to meticulously plan every detail. Planning Umrah is no easy feat—especially with rules changing here and there—and that’s where Ibadah Tours truly came in.
After months of researching, figuring out my budget, choosing the right hotels, and trying to make the journey as smooth as possible for my parents, I realised that using an agency might be the best option. After contacting a few, Ibadah Tours won me over with their clear communication and highly competitive pricing that fit my needs perfectly. Their professionalism and quick responses to all my (many!) questions made the decision easy.
I booked my hotels, visas, and transfers through them, and they delivered on everything. I had a few hurdles along the way but alhamdullilah they were very professional and easy to work with.

A Heartfelt Review of My Journey to Masjid Al-Aqsa
My trip to Masjid Al-Aqsa was my first time travelling with a group of complete strangers, and yet it turned into one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. From the very beginning, the tour company exceeded every expectation I had. I was genuinely amazed at how much thought and care went into every detail.
Before we even travelled, they created a beautifully organised PDF itinerary that laid out absolutely everything. It included flight details, day-to-day schedules, the historical and religious background of every site, and practical information that made us feel fully prepared. It felt like a personalised guide crafted with real love and effort.
They did not stop there. They arranged a Zoom call specifically for health and safety, where they patiently walked us through what to expect, how to stay safe, and answered every single question we had. That call alone brought all of us peace of mind and set the tone for a journey built on trust, clarity, and genuine care.
The group chat they created before departure helped turn strangers into familiar names and voices. By the time we met at the airport, the initial awkwardness you would expect was not there at all. Instead, it felt like meeting people you already had a connection with, people who were about to share something spiritually powerful with you.
From the moment we landed, the trip was packed with ziyarat and learning until the very last day. Each site carried its own emotional weight, and standing in those sacred places with others who felt the same awe created a sense of unity I will never forget.
Our tour guide was exceptional and a true blessing on this journey. His knowledge was endless, and he shared stories, historical context, and spiritual reflections that made every place come alive. But beyond the information, it was his character that left a mark on all of us. He was humble, kind, deeply respectful, and had a natural humour that instantly put everyone at ease. He brought the group together, made sure everyone felt included, and looked after us in ways that went far beyond what a guide is required to do.
There were moments when I found myself simply watching how he carried himself, the patience, the warmth, the sincerity, and thinking, Alhamdulillah, we could not have been placed with a better guide.
When I try to think of improvements, I genuinely cannot find any. Everything, from the organisation, communication, safety, and planning to the spiritual depth, group dynamic, and guiding, was handled perfectly.
I expected a tour. What I experienced was something transformative, a journey of learning, connection, and heartfelt memories that will stay with me forever. Alhamdulillah
