Well managed, had everything in stock, exceedingly polite service with a courier speed to match.
I had to make a last moment adjustment to my order and Martin from Iberica Spanish Food could not have been more helpful. Truly excellent service, end to end.

Delivery box badly damaged on arrival, arrived at least 24 hours late (so chilled products not chilled), 2 tins dented and one jar of lentils lacking liquid so layer of black lentils at the top. Also jar of tuna had been so shaken around 25% tuna in tiny bits - for a £6 jar.

Called and complained - very polite, hence very grudging 3rd star. Photos requested of all damage, and then more as angle not right. Provided promptly, but 24 hours later, silence.

Hugely disappointed. Have not yet used most products, can only hope they make up for experience so far!

Nice gazpacho, quick and easy

Good communication from the vendor and their carrier, and a satisfactory delivery time. This is a good quality, adaptable olive oil, which we have used before, and in these cost inflationary times, the price remains competitive.

The pancetta was basically a chunk of fat with no meat at all, but thats fine, other than that all good quality food

Tuna jars' metal lids rusted, apparently advertised on the web product ("product discounted due of lid rusted") information not visible unless you click the pictures, no transparent information.
Olives cans dented in various areas.
Both products with really bad presentation that can affect the quality of these food. I don't know if I can trust these products.
Customer service's answers really poor, always blaming something else (advert, courier) etc. I sent pictures to customer service of both products but it did not help. You can not see products with this presentation in a supermarket.

Quick delivery but unfortunately one of the items was incorrect. No exchange as it’s a frozen product. By way of explanation an email indicating that the item I purchased (listed on their website) was unavailable and to be discontinued, so I was given a similar one. Better service in other Spanish food websites…

The meat was fattier than expected and of the 4 pieces 2 were not really usable as pluma.the taste of the meat was very good.

Delivery was fast and very well packaged.

Very pleased with how soon my order arrived. I had compared prices for a couple of items and Iberica seemed good value. Great range of products, too. We already enjoyed patatas bravas using the sauce: delicious and spicy. Looking forward to making some more Spanish dishes, especially honeyed aubergines with the caña de miel! My only niggle is that I wasn’t given an approximate delivery slot until late the previous night so had to clear the whole day as their tracking info said it couldn’t be left in a safe place. Next time I will ask the company whether they can authorise this.
