One of the worst sports betting…

One of the worst sports betting websites I've had the displeasure of trying.

Deposited $250 - iBet matched this with $250 or whatever it was.

Great. Can place bets now. Tried to place multiple bets of $250, or $300, or $500. All denied due to market restrictions. These are things like - spread, goals, points, main market bets.

Wouldn't let me use my bonus. Also said "bonus can only be used in $20 increments" what?

After I finally got fed up, went to withdraw. Had to check a box saying I gave up my bonus. Fine, just want my money, see ya later.

But nope, then you have to verify your identify via license and reigstered mail. Fine, pretty typical. Tried to verify five (5) different times, via mobile and PC. All denied or approved, but never updated on their site. Had to email and talk to live chat. Took days to get resolved.

Finally resolved, that's awesome. Go to withdraw money - get an email hours later saying it's denied, you have to wager through the amount. Okay... how am I supposed to do that, when you limit all my bets and don't let me use it the way I want to use MY MONEY?

Still in a dispute with them to get back my $250, it's been days now. They are an awful site I would NEVER recommend using them.

Jopa yli 1000e.

No minun ei tarvitse enempää kuulla jos asiakaspalvelu sanoo että täällä voit hävitä suorilta heti tonnin ilman euronkaan voittoa niin eiköhän kyse ole puhtaasta manipulaatiosta ja siitä etteivät alustan pelit ole aitoja jos 1000e pelaamisella oletus rtp% on nolla % (0%). Ajattelin että ymmärtääköhän tuo nyt mitä hän minulle kirjoittaa.

Tutkittuani ehtoja on myös niin kutsuttujen voittojen nostojen summat rajoitettu sen mukaan paljonko olet ensin hävinnyt. Eli jos voitat et välttämättä ole hävinnyt tarpeeksi ensin ollaksesi sellaisella tasolla että saat nostaa esim 1000e. Tällaiset paikat ovat puhdasta huijausta ja kannattaa kiertää kaukaa. Itse suljin tilini. 40e oli uskomattoman halpa hinta siitä ettei astu syvemmälle näiden tekaistujen pelien maailmaan.

Älä missään nimessä pelaa täällä.

So far I'm satisfied.

I think the site is good, usually you get to play for a while with the money you deposit. And it's fun. But I think they could be a little faster with withdrawals, it takes way too long for them to go through it, and that's what takes time, it can take hours. If I compare to other sites that I've played on the withdrawal is approved within 1 hour (and the money in your account after 2-3 hours, and if it's very late in the evening/night, they're at the bank right away at 9am. 100% of the time ). So when a site does this, it feels a bit like they're dragging it out because they want you to spend it. Then I also think they could fix it so that you can send more documents at the same time when they are requested it. Even there, it can take hours before they go through them and if it's not approved, you have to do the same process again. Unnecessary time. Then I think these gaming sites could start asking for documents before you are approved to play, they do it first when you make your withdrawal. But this applies to everyone and not just Ibet. Even if I have criticized a few things I think that is a good site. You can play a little longer with your money and you get your withdrawals (I've never had any problems with that yet)

Det går bra när man förlorar men när man vinner höga summor då är det problem.

Honestly never had any problems til today…
Played BJ and went all in and lost because I was disconnected due to “inactivity”. Trying to refresh and I takes me back to my main screen and until I get back at the table I had already lost. Okey I get it if it’s an internet issue or my phones dying or what ever but keep in mind, the site thought I was inactive when I was clearly not so keep that in mind. Tryed to type to there support regard this but got nothing. There answers were basically “the bet was settled so we can’t do anything, sorry”. Unfortunately when I bet money and this happens it’s pretty tiresome. Losing money is bad but playing a game were you have choices to make that could eventually win you money (but in this case I didn’t have a choice) is pretty upsetting!!

World's worst support

Their "support" is a nightmare. I have such experience almost from a very first day. Every contact wih them causes my stress level and pressure goes up. They are so helpless and useless. Unable to fix the easiest thing. I left m opinion so many times and they did nothing about it! Looks like they are a bunch of kids who has no clue about customer service. I am preety sure that yheir response on this review now will be: contact our best service bla bla bla. And i don't want because i know they are unable to fix anything! Example: I requested to add a game to their offer. Game started at 6 pm. And at 9 pm when event was finished some "clever" guy sent me an e-mail that game was added... And also their so called managment is a drama, especially Henrik Djupvik. No help from their side. Never on customer side though I was right. Always on "customer service" side, no matter how helpless they were.
