Tive minha conta encerrada e meus fundos confiscados pela ibet alegando documentos falsos, sendo que todos os documentos enviados para verificação da contas sao autênticos, a comunicação com o suporte é extremamente demorado, o chat nunca resolve algo pra você, sempre pede pra você fazer contato por email e você nunca é respondido.
Pior do que ter sua conta encerrada é ficarem com seu dinheiro, o que pra mim é muito conveniente.

Essa casa , ela fica rejeitado seus documentos, engraçado que quando é pra vc fazer pix a vcs , não tem esses critérios né , antes de vcs aceitar algum depósito de clientes, vcs devem validar a conta , plataforma, ladroda , isso se chama roubo .

Gosto muito da Ibet..mas recentemente tive uma péssima experiência ..fiz um depósito no valor de 30,00 reais e não foi inserido na minha conta do Ibet..como achei que tinha dado errado o pix, fiz em seguida outro de 30,00 achando que mais em alguns minutos seria inserido os dois valores no total de 60,00. Meia hora depois , entrei em contato pelo pate-papo da Ibet e expliquei o ocorrido para a atendente..enviei o comprovante conforme ela havia me pedido..ela me relatou que não havia chegado os valores, mas que eles iriam me ressarcir em dois dias...hoje enviei novamente..mas sem sucesso no envio..enfim..sei que problemas acontecem..mas o que a gente espera é que nos deem suporte para que nossos problemas sejam resolvidos. Gosto muito da Ibet, mas ações como essas , só nos fazem desacreditar.

A fraud and scam with rude and insulting employees
I'm advising everyone who consider to sign up here to stay far far away.
To start with. The sign up bonus is a fraud. It only allows you to place bets on 30$ at the time. Which doesn't say anywhere.
They say they practice something called gamification bonus. And I've asked 100 times what that means. Since I've spent a lot of money there the last 3 months, and haven't hot one single bonus.
If you adress an issue to the costumer support it takes more then a week to get a reply if you're lucky. And they avoid answering what you ask.
To get through on the chat the wait is minimum 40 minutes.
They always modify their answers to their benefit and are never willing to help or solve a problem.
They hold back withdrawals, and their campaigns is just a scam. Every single one. I've signed up for every single one. But never get anything in return.
They limit or block your account for no reason and act rude in every way.
Stay away from this site.
There is so many other bookies out there that treat their costumers properly and act serious.
A good advise from a good hearted guy who fights for justice always.

4 DAYS PAYOUT AND VERY COMPLICATED TO WITHDRAW
Do NOT use this casino! I won 1200 Euro and the withdrawal process was the worst experience i have ever had with casino, You need to withdraw bank files from your bank, and post proof of adress via PDF and the when everything is done the payout takes 4 days. This casino have almost every game only reason why it got a extra star but outside of that this casino is the worst i used out of all casinos. Verification also takes a couple of hours. FIND ANOTHER CASINO Guys!!
