The communication was awesome! That alone tells a story of how you are as a company. Definitely somewhere I'll be happy to do business with again. In today's world, such a response is not just a welcome thing, but it builds loyalty. And loyalty is what keeps me coming back.
As for the journal, it too was a pleasure to have. Very impressive. My only suggestion would be to add 75 to 100 pages more.
I truly consider my transaction to be a happy and beneficial experience!

IBSPOT supplied pot handles which are nowhere available. It took some time, and was a little pricey, but my wife is happy because the handles of the IMC classic cookware make it look new!
I was kept informed along the way until my order was delivered.

Customer service is excellent. While I couldn’t use part of my order which I returned customer service was very accommodating with my request.

Great little product! Just used the little gadget to blow up a decorative football for game day & it worked great! The little light is a cute added touch! So glad I purchased! (Now my daughter wants one!) Delivery wad great...placed right beside my door!

I tested the product as soon as it arrived and it not only lit up but also it fit the enclosure perfectly!

The parts are correct and in good order. The shipping took longer than expected. After I sent an E-Mail, I was contacted and given a date of arrival.

Absolute worst experience with an order.

I ordered one item. Was told it was to ship from Engalnd. Not a problem, as I've had other items arrive rather quickly. My order, no. I am left to assume that IBSPOT.COM bulk ships from the UK to the US, and then ships individual packages.

What I ordered was to be a gift. I did email IBSPOT.COM with worries that the package would not arrive on time. They said they would quickly ship it to me once they had it. Well, here we are, couple weeks later, and much longer since my original order, and I still don't have anything.

I've written back asking for a refund as I'm sure the package won't last six weeks sitting on my doorsept while I'm out of the country.

My order was a disaster. Delivery service is a joke.

I like the products and everything looks great.Prices are great and I didn’t mind waiting longer to get the product but don’t give me a date of delivery 🚚 and it shows up 2 weeks later.Took forever to get tracking number.

I wish I could give no stars I ordered on August 12 said it should be here in 15 days. The tracking appjust continually says purchased. After numerous emails a bot answered me back said they were sorry and it was in transit. After numerous daily emails they updated the tracking app to in transit. As of today there email said it talked to ups and it should be in transit🤣🤣 and I will receive this tomorrow because it’s in transit. They are supper quick at taking the money out of your account though.
