Actually I didn’t order enough will be ordering more. Just wish the shipping was faster.

I like the product. The shipping time of three weeks was very long. That isn’t what I was shown when I ordered the product.

I appreciate that i received a detailed response when i inquired about late shipping. I assume this was from an actual person rather than a bot, but even if it was a bot, they were very personable and helpful!!
I have set the lights out for solar charge so haven't checked function yet but I'm sure they will work fine. Update: lights work perfectly and my wife loves them!

I actually got what I ordered. The only problem, we had lot of rain and package got wet. However, the plastic it was wrapped in worked really well. Josie

These wonderful balls of beautiful pure wool are exactly as they were described! They are clearly manufactured to the highest standards. They are firm-made from obviously the very best wool- yet soft enough to do their job with clothes in the dryer. I was impressed with the speed of the shipment given this remarkable product made quite the voyage from the manufacturer to my front door. I've already put them to use and the results are exactly as I was promised.

What makes this a 5 star experience was not so much about the product (which is excellent, by the by) but about the CARE and CONCERN I received from IBSPOT. They not only provided me with weekly shipping updates but were always courteous and efficient in tracking my order. For this type of customer care, I'd definitely purchase from IBSPOT again!

High quality, very nice

I am so thrilled to have found this purse! I have the exact model but wanted a different color. The design is perfect for my collection of purse objects. I already have my system ingrained in muscle memory. Phone and wallet can be zipped in and and the main compartment holds my bulky planner(and almost has room for a pony). I can locate anything quickly and without looking, which is handy for getting the sunglasses out when I am driving. That fabric is indestructible! My old purse has not shown any wear after several years of carrying it. I appreciate the minimal packaging that still protects the item.

I never received a tracking number that worked. Customer service was helpful, though.

After researching I found this company was the best.

It took a lot longer to receive the item than I thought, but other than that, I'm very happy with the quality. I'm ready to bake some pastries!

Of course, I have not been able to USE the converters because they were purchased for a trip to Israel. They arrived yesterday evening in a very secure package.
