I originally bought my solar angels in…
I originally bought my solar angels in a Hallmark Store in Anderson, SC. They no longer glowed at night. My husband said I needed solar batteries; the store which was recommended did not have the AAA size I required so as directed ordered them on-line.
Once in receipt of them, replaced the new batteries, & placed my Angels into the path to my front door.

Ordered magnesium supplements I thought were with the original company ; however, I realized after I placed the order and paid at checkout that it wasn't the original company after all. My fault. However, I thought I would recieve my order within 3-5 business days, but that didn't happen! So, trying to reach out to customer service didn't work too well, and forget phoning them! As others have reported, they overcharge for their products, don't produce a tracking number until 5-10 days after your purchase and inquired about it, and last but not least, when i opened my bottle of supplements, the safety seal came off with he cap; it was like someone had peeled it back before and then just put it back with the cap! Have called and left a message, twice and emailed also. Have not heard back yet, and after reading these reviews, probably won't! There are so many scammers out there it is hard not to be ripped off!! Buyer Beware!!!
UPDATE: Ibspot has reached out to me and offered a full refund and was very nice and workable about it. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and understood my situation. Thank you for restoring my faith in your company! I would give them 4 stars for good customer service! Thank you, Ibspot for addressing this problem so well!
