No support/Fraudulent
No support, only email to a phony account. I ordered my costume accessories on June 22nd, for the 4th of July celebration. Today is July 6th and I am still waiting for my shipment. This company is fraudulent and as a consumer, I am not able to track the owners or financiers. So do not order from this shell company.
P.S. They sent me an email on July 2nd saying they had shipping troubles and I could ask for a refund. I did that after the July 4th party we planned, "Natalie" in a warehouse in the Philippines said, "you no refund"...

I ordered the Gulrear 95"Sliding Door AC Vent Kit with Φ 5.1"Extendable Hose Security Lock for my portable AC unit in the living room. It does the job well. This version had the 5.1 and 5.5 inch options for hose diameter. I needed the 5.1 option. Works perfectly. 100% recommend.
