Really poor customer service. They changed my therapist after only 2 sessions and when I faced delays in resuming my therapy due to personal reasons they informed me that my sessions had expired for no good reason and that I would need to pay more to continue, even though they had previously informed me that I had credit for 6 more sessions. This was despite repeated back and forth with their customer service team (who only answer on whatsapp and sometimes would ignore my messages despite repeated follow ups).

Also, their therapists appear to be quite amateur and lacking experience. I recommend looking elsewhere where if you’re serious about getting therapy and not getting ripped off.

For those who think that good therapy is not affordable, please consider Icare. Their therapist team is 5 stars, very compassionate, flexible, experient. I fully trust my therapist and I'm happy to have found a great one thru this platform.

My experience with Icarewellbeing has been extremely pleasant and supportive. I came across this website in June 2024 when I was seeking therapy. After approaching them it did not take much time for the team to reach back and help me get a therapist assigned. Dr. Areesha Nawaz Chaudhry has since been my therapist and has helped me navigate through the problems I have been personally facing. Since it was my first time starting therapy I was hesitant and nervous during my assessment session. But Dr. Areesha helped in making the conversation very smooth and easy going. I highly recommend icare wellbeing and Dr. Areesha for their professionalism and the willingness of always being there to help.
