It seems they might be scamming me out of my money. After changing everything after I paid the full balance, including saying I cannot get the procedure I signed up to get, but instead need a new more expensive procedure with a different doctor, I demanded a refund. They said the refund takes 21 days. Then I called on day 23 and they said it takes 35 days. Today is day 35, no refund in sight. I believe from the previous review I am one of many victims of what is at best unethical practices, at worst, a complete scam. If I am wrong, I will correct my review once the refund comes through. If anyone reading this would like to reach out to me, find me on social media talking about my experience as early as October 2026.

Requested a quote for a surgery performed by Dr. Fisher. The sales people were pushy and aggressive, but ultimately, I decided to proceed with booking a procedure. However, once I paid my deposit the terms that were provided to me were completely different than we agreed upon. I was told by a sales representative Emily I could have the surgery and leave the same day. I was also told I could have this surgery within 30 days. Turns out wait time is at least 75 days due to the hoops they put you through.

Another representative Tatiana stated that there were no hidden fees and the contract price is the price. Turns out there is thousands of dollars more in hidden fees including a $600 fat collector unit that has to be paid for in cash the day of surgery (if that doesn't sound sketchy- a medical clinic only accepting cash for a required piece of equipment). Further they require you to purchase their massage packages 5 in total, pre-op lab work, compression garments, imaging exams, a list of post-surgery medicines and bandages, and finally a pre-surgery write-off by your general practitioner at your cost. Generally, that will include further blood work and a large office visit charge.

Another change is the assistant to Dr. Fisher stated that you are required to stay in Miami for 7-10 for follow up care and that the sales people misspoke. If you're not local factor in hotel rooms, meals, lost wages, car etc.

To say I am disappointed and upset by this clinic is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and skip them. If you check other review sites you will see this is common practice. I am glad

After getting these written terms I requested a cancellation and refund immediately within 24 hours of them provided the document. They however stand behind a NO refund policy. So essentially, I am forced to legally proceed a refund. Which they bank on most people not pursuing.

I would avoid at all costs. Typical scam playing off peoples desire to fix a problem with a surgical solution.
