I went to dr Tolga in Istanbul to have a deep plain face lift and honestly . The best decision I have ever made . My confidence is back , dr Tolga took ten years off my face , that guy is a genius , the staff , the hotel everyone was so nice , ladies and gentleman don’t hesitate go get your face fixed 👌👌👌👌

From start to finish everything was perfect felt so at ease I can’t recommend dr tolga enough he’s attention to detail is second to none the after care is perfect everything is so clean never left alone at any time he’s beautiful assistants are at your beck and call when ever you need them will be back for more soon

I had a face lift exactly two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with Dr Tolga and the whole team .
From start to finish considering it’s been two weeks the care the communication has been brilliant .
Always reassuring , patient ,professional,prompt to reply and just simply kind and efficient .
The actual experience too was not daunting at all and better than what I would have expected .

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Tolga 3 weeks ago. I’m very pleased with my result.
I found them through my mother who had a facelift back in January and she looked amazing. I then got in touch with Rumeysa who was honestly so lovely and the communication was great from start to finish.
The hotel was really nice.
Dr Tolga is an amazing surgeon and Rumeysa and the team are fabulous!
If you’re looking to get any work done I highly recommend. 5 stars.

My wife and myself had the deep plane facelift and neck tightening and eyes..she also had upper lip done. Thought ( both of us) the surgeon Dr Tolga was outstanding..very little pain..very minor discomfort from the tape around the eyes ..hospital was first class..Rumeysa went above and beyond her duties to see that any of our concerns were important to her as well and made sure that our experience in Turkey was a great one..even had time to give us the Ottoman history..great at her job as was her assistant

Dr Tolga and his team are amazing. I had been watching Dr Tolga for the best part of two years and was always impressed with his work. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a brow lift. I’m totally delighted with the whole process, I’m currently on day 17 and have spoken to patients who are coming up to a year post surgery, all were delighted. The pre and post surgery communication was outstanding, a huge asset is Rumeysa who is lovely, responds quickly and never seemed to tire from my constant questions. Once I arrived in Istanbul the journey was professionally coordinated from the executive taxi to the hospital and my return. I arrived late, had all my tests done within the hour, given dinner and then whisked off to surgery at 7am the next morning. The anaesthetist was outstanding too, I felt in very capable and safe hands. The nurses were kind and I was instantly thrilled with the outstanding work of Dr Tolga. The stay at Antwell Suites was amazing and great for my daughter who had stayed with my the whole time, a great spa, gym and pool at the hotel and a massive shopping centre just a few mins away. I’m loving my results, they’re just amazing and I can recommend Dr Tolga with complete confidence for anyone wishing natural results, a kind approach and outstanding service.

Ich bin rundum mehr als zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung in der NorthWestern Klinik in der Türkei und kann die Klinik wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe dort sowohl eine Laser-Augen-OP als auch meine Zahnbehandlung machen lassen und alles ist super verlaufen. Von Anfang bis Ende war die gesamte Organisation top – alles war sehr gut geplant, strukturiert und professionell. Man hat sich zu keiner Zeit allein gelassen oder unsicher gefühlt.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht auch an Rumeysa und das gesamte Team, die sich wirklich sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und fürsorglich um alles kümmern. Man merkt sofort, dass dort viel Wert auf einen guten Ablauf und das Wohlbefinden der Patienten gelegt wird.

Auch die Ärzte waren unglaublich kompetent, zuvorkommend und vertrauenswürdig. Ich habe mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts und bei beiden Behandlungen jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ich bin mit meinen Ergebnissen mega glücklich und würde mich jederzeit wieder für diese Klinik entscheiden. Wer überlegt, eine Behandlung in der Türkei machen zu lassen, ist hier meiner Meinung nach in sehr guten Händen.

I am more than satisfied with my experience at Northwest Western Clinic in Turkey, and I can truly recommend this clinic from the bottom of my heart.

I had both laser eye surgery and dental treatment done there, and everything went perfectly. From beginning to end, the entire organization was excellent — everything was well planned, smooth, and highly professional. At no point did I feel left alone or unsure.

A very special thank you also goes to Rumeysa and the entire team, who took such great care of everything. They were always friendly, attentive, helpful, and supportive, which made the whole experience even better.

The doctors were also incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. Throughout my stay and during both treatments, I felt completely safe and well looked after.

I am extremely happy with my results and would choose this clinic again anytime. If anyone is considering having treatment done in Turkey, I truly believe this clinic is an excellent choice.

My first contact was with Rumeisa , communication was extremely important to me , she guided me the whole time . I first went and had upper eyelid surgery with Dr Tolga , this was done while I was fully conscious completely pain free and healed very quickly. I have had other surgery with Dr Tolga , I'll write another review and I plan on having more with this fantastic team

Rimes the coordinator and the first point of call to answering questions,Rumeysa advised ,translated and supported me both emotionally and physically from start to finish, good follow up post surgery. Dr Tolga Aksan is a very skilled surgeon, the hospital was a high standard and recovery at the medical hotel was 5 star.

I’m 64 from the UK and I had Deep Plane face and neck lift, Temporal lift, Lip lift and upper/lower eye surgery on the 22Jan 2026 I researched a lot of surgeons in Turkey, I choose Dr Tolga Aksan due to his experience and certifications.
Rumeysa the co-ordinator who speaks perfect English was so patient in answering all of questions, I decided to travel alone, but Rumeysa and Beysa were there to support me during my entire stay. The hospital was clean and the staff were really kind and caring. After the operation I had a private transfer to the hotel, which was fantastic, very modern and clean, it really catered for patients recovering from surgery. All of travel in IST was arranged by Rumeysa, private transfers back and forth from the hospital, hotel and airport. I stayed in Turkey for 7 nights, before returning home with all of the medication and instructions in terms of recovery. I felt well enough to work from home the following week, and my recovery has gone so well that after 2 weeks I returned to work in the office. I am so happy with the results, and I can honestly say that I’ve had no pain, just swelling and bruising which is expected, I would recommend Dr Tolga Aksan and his amazing Team.

I went to dr tolga September last year for a tummy tuck, 360 lipo and muscle repair. I researched for a really long time. I understood the importance of finding someone that was obsessed with his job rather than going for a surgeon that pays for celeb clients or has a huge following. I had gone to lots of places in England for a consultation and found that you get more than double the result and service for half the price going to Istanbul. Rumeysa was incredible and looked after me from the moment I stepped off the plane, to when I got back on 1 week later. My results are so incredible and I have sent so many of my friends and clients to dr tolga that also had an amazing experience. Me and my mum are going back soon so we can get more work done this year! Thank you so much dr tolga and team, I trusted you with my life and I haven’t regretted it since.

I was really taken care of before and after my surgery. Rumeysa the lovely young lady from the clinic who spoke perfect English was with me most of the time and put me at ease by explaining what was going to happen I had an arm lift and am so happy with the result hotel was amazing!

Great service across the board - you are looked after incredibly well by rumesya and her team! Everything ran like clockwork and is very organised and calming.

Absolutely amazing 🤩 North western clinic I visited here January and had a mommy makeover I am from York uk and can honestly say the best experienced from first consultation to now almost 4 weeks post op I’m over the moon with my results Dr Tolga is just brilliant at what he does 🥰 all the nurses and staff at the hospital so kind helpful caring and superb at what they do also shout out to Rumeysa such a kind caring girl always on hand to help you and reassure you also fabulous English after 3 nights in the hospital with exceptional care they then transport you to hotel Antwell lovely staff very kind and helpful rooms immaculate and very comfy and very good healthy food if you are thinking of having plastic surgery I can 100% recommend North Western clinic I promise you won’t be disappointed 🤩
