Iconic Arms Reviews

From the moment I contacted iconic arms as my preferred FFL I have been receiving nothing but professional courteous and personal service.
The team at iconic arms have been guiding me all along the process patiently answering my questions providing me with tips and knowledge. They where patience and made sure I got everything I need.
I would definitely recommend iconic arms to whoever is looking for a professional FFL for all their needs.

Iconicrms is really a wonderful company to deal with. They are very refreshing with personal service and they truly care for their clients. This is a company that is truly a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Solid. A bit expensive on transfer fee. But overall great service. Very happy to go and will use again.

Very Polite and on time.Their prices are good.

Excellent experience! I definitely recommend you shop here. They will take great care of you.

I have yet to receive my gun!its been weeks!if the bill comes before I get the product I will be canceling the order!

I purchased a Bul Armory SAS Ultralight. I waited four days for the gun to be shipped to my FFL. I wrote the seller (Iconic Arms). I didn’t hear back. I write a second time, I didn’t hear back, I wrote a third time and also called, no response. It has been over a week since I purchased the gun (by the way, his listing said he had seven in stock).I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a waste of time effort and money. Even if he didn’t have the gun in stock (I now know that Bul Armory isn’t accepting new orders until January, had that been communicated to me, then that would be fine. If I had purchased the gun and not paid for over a week and no response to the seller, you’d better believe that seller would be upset.

I pick this place to do my business because it was local and had a few good reviews. Ariel & Ofir are easy to work with. My two personal transactions went positive, without a glitch, and I am looking forward to working with guys.

Great experience all around! You won’t find better knowledge on product than here. Will definitely come back.

I am hooked on Iconic Arms. It’s the only place for gun collectors and firearm fans to go where the staff actually knows what they are selling - and don’t just shove something under your nose abs say “take this or you won’t find anything else!” They are nice - I always feel that I am a VIP!

Needed FFL transfer. Ariel responded very quickly. He readily answered any and all questions I had. The process was smooth and straightforward.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable & easy to work with.

A good experience as a new customer. Arie was knowledgeable and assisted me in determining what firearm was a good fit for me. A well run business.

As a first time gun buyer Ariel helped me out with everything I needed! He did what about 60 other gun stores that I called couldn’t do and that was get me the exact gun I wanted. He is a great guy and would recommend him to friends and family

The owner is very professional. I highly recommend Iconic Arms dealer.

Wow!! Let ms start by saying this was an experience unlike anywhere else. You have to make annappointment but that appointment feels more like a personalized consultation. From the first day i walked in with my list of questions till the day i actually picked up my firearm ARIEL was great! Not to mention they have extensive collection and very fair prices. They're willing to go above and beyond to meet customers needs and expectations. I truly believe customer service plays a huge part in the success of any business and this place is no exeption. Their customer service is above par, I highly recommend everyone , even if you are a first time buyer or an experienced collector this place is it. This was my first purchase at ICONIC ARMS and it certainly won't be my last. Huge thank you to Ariel and Iconic Arms for everhthing se ya soon : )

Very friendly, profesional, courteous and informative.

Iconic Arms is top notch. They were very helpful when I was a first time buyer. I've had experience shooting guns prior but they were very informative on a few things I didn't know. They weren't pushy to make a sale and helped aquire a specific gun I was looking for (Sig P320) which is still currently sold out everywhere in northern NJ (They were able to get it for me in a week!). These guys are good and I definitely recommend them.

100% as always
Thanks
