Honesty and flexibility

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns. Waiting on delivery at this point.

I really enjoyed the experience of ordering a Bul Armory firearm from Iconic Arms. Started with emails back and forth and then phone conversations that gave me a high level of confidence that this gentleman knows his business and has a passion for the shooting sports just like I do. We put in my order and now I am waiting on production. I feel confident that this will not be my last business with Iconic.

Ofir was very pleasant to work with on getting this pistol ordered. He went above and beyond to make sure the BUL Armory SAS II Viper that I was ordering would come exactly as I wanted it to. Thanks Ofir...

Ofir was excellent to work with and called to confirm the order and made sure all options were clearly identified before placing the order with Bul Armory.

Great experience. Got back to me very quickly. The sales rep, Ofir, was awesome. Answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Very happy. Can’t wait until the product I ordered arrives

Good Job I really do not respond to these much but they did what was asked.

I reached out from an online listing, requesting more information about a pistol -Ofir replied promptly and then gave me his phone number so that we could discuss any other questions. When I spoke with him he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and really just a joy to work with. The customer service he provided me, information updates every step of the way, clear communication at every turn, was simply outstanding. I've never worked with anyone so dedicated to his customers, and I sincerely thank him. No one should ever hesitate to deal with him.

Outstanding customer service! I will definitely use this service again. No BS salesmanship. He will make sure you get exactly what you want, while providing you with the information you need to make the best decisions possible. His product knowledge and real world experience ensures that you will get the best product available at the best price possible. He is a great genuine resource to have and has made a customer for life.

I reached out to Iconic Arms for what I thought would be a simple purches of a pistol. However, I soon discovered that the service I recieved from Ofir was above and beyond than just buying a gun. Ofir combines the qualities of an elite shooting instructor with exceptional technical expertise and knowledge of firearms. These skills resulted in a perfect match for my needs - a Sig Sauer P365 that Ofir improved and customized to perfection. The best and the most honest people to work with.

Awesome communication thru the whole transaction.

This is been a very good experience and personal attention with your purchase is excellent and very reassuring that you get exactly what you want.

Great communications and great to do business with. Thank you
