Sky and Mhaye from Icons of Manhattan customer service were so helpful! I accidentally used autofill for the incorrect address and they were able to correct the mistake with the courier even after the item had shipped. Very thankful for them!

There seems to be no way to leave a review for products. We received chairs that were of questionable quality. I can log into the site but there is no option to review product. So where are all those reviews coming from?

We ordered an office chair ~1.5 years ago from Icons of Manhattan. At first we were very excited about the sleek chair for our home office, but a few months ago we noticed that one of the plastic cover pieces for the side of the chair had just fallen off. We didn't think much of it until there was yet another one that fell off. When I say fell off, I mean that in our child-free home where this chair is only getting minimal use in a low-traffic room, we walked into our office to see a part of the chair just laying on the floor. When I contacted customer service about this clear quality issue, my concerns were met were indifference and no offer of help. We will not be purchasing any pieces from Icons of Manhattan ever again, and we'd encourage others to take their business elsewhere as well.

Disappointed with the quality of the chair and the customer service. Felt like when I contacted them with my concerns about the chair, I was gaslite. Just not the level of care I expected from a company like this. Luckily I tested one chair before buying for my whole office...so I'm only out 1 chair.

Icons just gave me lip service when I had an issue with their chairs, it was only after posting a bad review that they finaly sent me a replacement. I would never recommend them.

I just purchased the Brown Futura chair with the chrom base for $159. The website indiates it is a "Premium" style. After unboxing I was excited to incorporate it into my new office but it is honestly the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever tried. It is extremely narrow and rigid and the padding is very thin. Would not recommend. Returns are also not easy.

Worst quality chairs! Even worse they don’t have a return policy, you need to pay for the return shipment. Don’t waste your money on this cheap stuff.

TLDR: No way bad service, cheap Chinese product

Bought a chair loved the design and setup was easy. The bar to stop reclining was very weak and barely could do its job without torquing to one side when engaged, but whatever NBD.

Within a month of the purchase the gas cylinder to keep the chair up started going down. This mind you is not because of use as I was traveling most of the time during this period. 45 days into the purchase I asked for a replacement part, no dice. Customer support took days between responses and often I had to start from the beginning with what was going on. It was told to me that I was out of warranty within 60 days of getting the chair and that I would have to pay for shipping and parts.

After that point I just decided to deal with the issue but within 6 months of having the chair the bottom has stretched out and I am now sitting on the metal bracket. Mind you I am not 450 lbs. This is ridiculous. I am now continuing to use it out of pride with a seat doughnut on it until I finally am willing to spend money on another chair.

I wish it told you that parcel tracking and shipping was an additional charge prior to order confirmation. It simply sent me a text/email with a total and I wasn’t able to preview it. I have messaged them and I’m sure I’ll hear back shortly and to refund me the $19 tracking charge.
