Hi Laura,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how disappointing it must have been to see your parcel returned to sender, only to then contact us twice without receiving a response or receiving your refund.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration caused. We’d like the opportunity to look into what happened with your order and refund and make sure this is properly addressed.
Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so our team can investigate this for you.
