Easy to follow website, great communication and information about the products and fast delivery. I had the Black Friday bundle: toothpaste, whitening powder and pen and the whitening strips ... using them all as directed .. more info on site if unsure. Great packaging!!! Excellent customer service
I bought the toothpaste, strips and powder, the taste is very nice which is quite important too. I had an issue with one of the products and contacted customer services. They were very quick to get back to me, very understanding and showed empathy. My issue was very quickly resolved so thank you so much!

Will never order again, never received my order from the 8th September. They give you no updates on your order , I’ve message them multiple times emails & instagram what a joke never again . Had to report them.

Icy Bear - a bit of all white…
Have used Icy Bear more or less since it came on the market. Won’t use anything else now. My mouth feels fresh & clean after using the toothpaste & powder, then the whitening strips. Also use the mouthwash. Great product that does what it says & the packaging is class.
