Ideal Custom Boxes Reviews

We absolutely love the turn out of our custom boxes! I was a bit nervous to create my own custom box but Alexander was extremely helpful the entire project. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the idea of a custom piece, don’t be! This company basically holds your hand and gets the job done with great quality to boot! We have ordered twice now and we look forward to many more projects to come!

Just got my first order from these guys. Pure perfection. From quote to shipping everything was immaculate. Alexander (Xander) is awesome. Great customer service and very responsive. I know nothing about designing boxes and jumped right into it and Xander was able to guide me to what I was looking for. I was pretty picky about the details I wanted and he was able to make changes and send back multiple drafts in a day. When I need more I'll be coming back here. Thank you Xander and your production team!!

Can’t even begin to tell you, how AMAZING Alexander was. He listened to my concerns and even made suggestions on how to improve my box. The patience and attendance I was given has made me a loyal customer for lifE. The entire team is wonderful. Thank so much for making my dream a reality. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for custom boxes.

We've placed 2 orders so far with Ideal Custom Boxes. We decided to try them after frustration with our previous supplier. We appreciate their communication - Andy Craig is quick to respond and to answer questions and concerns. Jon Ford also responds and provides proofs quickly. The lead time is longer than advertised: the turnaround time we've experienced has been between 20 and 27 days rather than the 13 advertised, so plan accordingly. The print quality they've provided so far has been excellent. We are happy to recommend them and plan to work with them again.

We had used random other companies until we were introduced to Andy at Ideal Custom Boxes. Andy is seriously one of the best to work with! Anything we need, they can not only make for us, but they'll have a quote by the end of the day for us. Their response times to emails, and the rate at which we receive our final packaging is so quick. Andy works diligently and efficiently for us and we can definitely tell. We have definitely found a company that we can not only recommend, but will solely use for packaging in our business.

Seen Ideal Custom Boxes on Instagram and decided to reach out because our business needed custom boxes for CBD products. Mr. Andy Craig started conversating with both my husband and I daily and would follow up with us and did everything he could to answer any questions we had- he provided detailed pricing along with a 3D mock up of our boxes. We were pleased with the customer service to say the least, and after receiving the boxes in the mail, we both agreed that we have never been so happy with packaging for our products! The colors on the boxes for our CBD tincture is very appealing and are so VIBRANT! They gave us exactly what we wanted and if you are looking for great customer service, beautiful custom boxes, and the best prices I highly recommend giving them a call! Ask for Andy...he goes above and beyond for you :) and everyone loves great service

Xander was awesome helping me design and order the correct boxes for my VERY small business. I am not a professional in this world and he was very patient and super fast with all of my questions and his answers. The work is amazing and my boxes look so great -I thought the prices were fair and the speed and quality of work was fantastic - btw, he was recommended to me by another small business person! Grateful for the help and speediness of the work!

Xander was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Will be doing business in the future!! I love my boxes.

Andy at Ideal Custom Boxes was very helpful and quick with his responses, having gotten my order confirmed within a few days - then shipped and received a few weeks later. All the custom boxes were packaged neatly, they also have great quality with the printing and the materials used.

I had a great experience! Xander was super helpful! This was my first time ordering boxes, and he was very helpful to walk me through the whole process.

Very quick and affordable. Xander went above and beyond with making the process easy. They also came really fast. When working with other box companies in the past, I had to wait over a month or more for my boxes, So it was nice to get them fast.

Andy was amazing to work with! I asked a lot of questions and Andy always provided a prompt response and a detailed clarifying answer. Ideal Custom Boxes really cares about the customer and it shows. Thank you for the great service!
