Great products and amazing communication!

James was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted us in pulling together a bulk custom box order on a very tight timeline, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. The boxes turned out great, and we truly appreciated the fast turnaround and excellent service!

Timely production and great support experience throughout.

Product quality is exactly as expected. The difference with Umbrella is better communication and support throughout the order process. It's not the "we don't know" response from other companies that sell custom mailer and gift boxes.

Working with Umbrella Packaging was a very straightforward process. I needed my logo placed onto boxes and sleeves from a different supplier and Umbrella stepped up and made sure I got what I needed. James was very responsive and although it took some going back and forth I ended up getting exactly what I wanted in a few days,
The only reason they didn’t get a 5 star review from me is for small oversights here and there that were absolutely corrected. I would definitely recommended their services to anyone looking for some design work.
