Annual Service of Central heating boiler
The engineer contacted me on the day and advised a window in which he expected to visit. I was contacted again to be advised that he was on his way to me, and he arrived within the forecast window.
The service was completed efficiently, with the measurements noted in the service record of the Ideal installation booklet.
The area around the boiler was left clean and tidy when the service had been completed.

Very happy with the overall experience this morning. Our engineer dropped us a message to let us know when he was coming. On arrival he just got on with the job of servicing our boiler.

the boiler was finally put back in service on the third engineer visit, this has taken a year to get resolved which was disappointing and, Ideal have only provided a 3 month warranty on a boiler that has not operated for 1 year.

Excellent mechanical and customer service
Appointment quickly booked and scheduled less than a week in advance. Professional and helpful warranty claim. Engineers were excellent and repaired the boiler quickly. All round 5 stars.

Engineer called early in the day to service gas boiler
Engineer called early in the day to give a time. I said due to picking up my child from school I may be a few mins late but he was ok with this and said he would wait. Did a first class job, answering all my (no doubt silly) questions and it was a pleasure to meet him. After a thorough test the service was complete and he explained various ways I could get a printed copy of the service. Very professional from start to finish.
