Brilliant customer service
Stephen the Logic engineer got to the bottom of the leak with my 6 week old boiler. (think that is his name, sorry terrible with names). He replaced a part and also other seals and o-rings. He arrived on time, answered my many questions and was friendly, tidy, and efficient.
Arranging the warranty engineer work was easy and Logic kept me updated by text.

Id give it a 10 stars out of 5. Honestly. Just could not ask for a better service. From the initial phone call, to the visit from the engineer Damian. Worldclass every step. The engineer booked everything in well in advance. Great communication. He then explained everything, made sure he understood the problem and I understood the job. Did all the work to the highest possible standards and made sure everything worked perfectly. Cleaned up and off to his next job. What a guy.
Also the girl who booked it in was amazing too.
10/10 I'll always recommend this to anyone buying or repairing a boiler.

Very impressed
The service from Ideal has been brilliant. I don’t give praise lightly but the customer services team on the phone were so friendly and polite. And then the plumber/engineer they sent out to fix and service our boiler was brilliant. Really happy with the service.
