Five star care. Trusted doctors. A great hotel to stay in. At the airport, it seemed to be a bit difficult to find the right taxi sent by the company, but after that, everything was handled effortlessly. All drivers, hotel customer service and hospital staff spoke English, so it was easy and safe to communicate with them.
The price was perhaps the only minus. It was a bit expensive. But I was satisfied with everything else. Now after one year, the end result of the recovered hair transplant looks exactly like they promised after operation. I am satisfied.

The whole package is smoothely done.
Easy communication with whatsApp.
The treatment from the staff has been great.
I havent see the fully result yet but I am exited.

To get better I would recomend you to better inform your clients (before the operation) about the aftercare time and all whats come with it due it affect the daily life a lot.

Can`t say anything about the result because it will take up to 18month. What I can say is, that the organisation, support, handling, preparation before, during and after the transplantation where perfect.

From my first contact with Cem Mir to the transplantation, everything went smoothly. The team was professional and skilled, and Faith provided excellent support on-site.

11 days post-transplant, I’m very satisfied with the hairline and density. Although the final result is still ahead, it already looks great after removing the scabs

I have investigated different clinics and in the end I chose them. I am absolutely happy with my decision as the clinic has lived up to my expectations! keeps the times great and very good at feedback!

I couldn’t say a bad word about IdealofMed. Everything from the initial consultation has been professional and efficient. All i had to do was book my flight and everything else was taken care of from accommodation, which was excellent to transfers which were on time every day. The procedures themselves were relatively pain free. The hair transplant can be slightly uncomfortable at times but very manageable. My new teeth are far beyond my expectations and i’ll be eternally grateful to the company and its friendly highly skilled staff. Particularly Emre who was there for me any time I needed him, answering any questions I had and made the whole process so easy. I’ll post back in a few months with the results of my hair transplant.

What made my experience great:
-the operation was easy to book, even though I'm from Finland (good informative website).
- In Turkey I didn't have to worry about anything. I felt I was in safe hands.
- All people was polite (they took care of everything)
- Communication after the procedure has been functional. I have received answers to my questions.
- I got natural hairline.
- Professional staff

I went to Ideal of Med for a one time hair transplant in August. Now, nearly 4 months later the new hair has grown in with the little old hair I had and it's starting to look great. I had 4850 grafts and it really was almost pain free. There's a little discomfort but very tolerable when the anesthesia is applied but it's minor. The rest of the procedure is painless and I actually fell asleep when the donor hair was implanted.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our hotel was great and so was our driver that picked us up when needed. Everyone genuinely wanted it to a wonderful and successful experience.

Add in that Istanbul is nice city to visit and it makes for a 5 star trip. I'm from America. Even with airfare it was 1/4 the cost of what I would have paid in the US.

Not a bad word to say about IdealofMed. The initial consultation was thorough and informative and everything was impeccably organised.
On the day of the procedure I was met at the hotel (the Hilton which is a mere 100 yards from the medical centre) by one of the consultants. The centre was clean and modern , the procedure went without a hitch and all the staff were friendly and professional. I felt cared for and well looked after throughout the procedure and have experienced no complications since.
Obviously the final results should play a huge part of any review, I'm writing this in the fourth week after the procedure and will update in a few months time.

Had my hair implants two weeks ago at IdealofMeD and couldn’t be happier at this point.
The very first consultation on the phone was very authentic with realistic and knowledgeable answers to my questions. Once signed up on the website a WhatsApp group was created which provided lots of detailed information. Initially I found a WhatsApp group a rather casual medium for such an important matter but it proved to be a very efficient and reassuring tool throughout the entire process all the way through the aftercare.
After a well organized transfer from the airport to the hotel which was walking distance to the clinic I was picked up the next day by an English speaking person who stayed with me during the entire procedure for guidance, explanation and translation. The pre surgery consultation with the doctor was reassuring and comforting. Every step was explained.
The surgery itself of course felt long but was performed in a professional, clean, organized and calm manner. Just what you hope for.
The next day was as well organized with the first washing and planning of the aftercare. Also the weeks after I felt well taken care of through the WhatsApp group with precise guidance of the medication, reminders and evaluation of pictures.
Naturally having been quite reserved to let anyone work on my body, I can only highly recommend IdealOfMeD. They delivered a great result without complications, were professional and authentic, and warm and personable.

I did a lot of research before choosing IdealofMeD and I liked the boutique nature of the clinic in that they were not a hair factory doing so many transplants daily that the expertise would be spread too thin. They were also top ranked in 1 survey and had great reviews all around.
Once I choose Ideal, I was able to meet with Dr. Shaffika before my procedure and she was excellent and informative and was very patient with me and helped with my transplant preferences. She performed the extraction and incisions personally and proficiently.

The process was seamless and everything went well (hopefully). My contact Mesut was fantastic and also a big reason why I chose Ideal. He informed me of the process and was always available to answer any questions (pre-op, op and post op). He was there for me the whole time.
So far, I think Ideal did a great job and I would refer future prospects to consider choosing them.
I do believe that Ideal is a quality and professional clinic that will do a great job and keep you informed on every step of the process.
