Had a hair transplant (4700 graphs to the front hairline) with IdealofMeD exactly two years ago and results very amazing, and so was the whole package starting from pre-care, accomodation arrangements, operation at the clinic and after care. My head was almost completely bald, and I liked how they were very open about the possibility that I would propably have to have two operations in order to cover my whole head with good density. This initially was not what I wanted to hear, but we made a decision to just fix my front hairline and leave it up to me if I wanted to fix the rest of my head later. After seeing how dense my hairline became, we absolutely made the right decision. Thank you Mesut and Cem.

The first operation gave me enough confidence to have a second hair transplant (2800 graphs to the crown area) which was done two weeks ago. The staff again was very friendly and communicates very clearly and openly about the operation and gives very detailed after care instructions. Again extremely satisfied with the whole hotel + operation package. Hopefully the results will be as good as last time. Thank you Aryan and Fatih and the whole IdealofMeD team.

Great communication before, during and after my hair transplant.
All my questions were answered (I had many), I was kept informed and felt welcome the whole processes.
The team work together to make the whole experience rum seamlessly. Thanks to everyone from the consultant (halim is a legend) to the drivers, hotel staff and of course the team of Dr and nurses who perform the transplant. And big shout out to the after-care team (fatih and colleges)

Everything was perfectly organized from the first contact i made with the clinic until i got back home.

And when you get back home they still take care of you through WhatsApp and hair back app.
It may not be the cheapest clinic in Turkey. But it is well worth spending those extra money because they do such a great job in making you feel safe during the hole thing. And they always try to get as many grafts as possible without charging any extra.

In general, I was satisfied with everything. I was met at the clinic by a hostess who speaks excellent English. The whole process was explained, and there were almost no questions. The operation itself went without problems. The doctors are calm and professional. The attached post-care instructions are complete and clear. I highly recommend that you do not refuse VIP taxi services, because it takes time with local taxi drivers to learn how to get along and understand what the price for a trip should be. Lunch at the clinic was so-so, at 5/10. The situation was saved by the hostess bringing me chocolates. A great mobile app. Photos are uploaded through it and doctors evaluate them, which gives confidence.

This February was my second HT,i am very happy i chose IdealOfMed,the results from first hair transplant was amazing,i am sure the second one would be the same.

This was my 2nd hair transplant with Ideal of Med and just like the first time the experience was faultless. The results from my first transplant to restore a receeding hairline have been amazing so when it came to deciding to getting my crown done there was only one place I was going. The whole process was amazing. All the staff involved made the experience so easy and relaxing. I honestly can't recommend Ideal of Med enough. This was my second visit to Turkey for a hair transplant but to a different company. The experience was like night and day. In terms of professionalism, communication, service, patient care, they are without doubt one of the best. I would not hesitate to recommend and go back to again!

This is my second transplant now for the crown area after a year and a half it was suggested to do a second one to Create more density in the area and the op was a success ! : ) big thanks to mesut for always been the kind reasonable gentleman he always is and fatih for being always informative .
This company is a good company to go for as they also have their own labs and create their own products. I also did the oxygen treatment as an extra after which was like an oxygen chamber great experience felt amazing after !

The only reason I have it 4 and not 5 stars is that the team constantly always talk whilst they are doing the implantation procedure I do understand it can get be a boring and tedious job and you may need to entertain yourself however by constantly talking and laughing it can be quite irratating especially for a patient that has to sit there for hours on end hearing the team talk and laugh whilst they continue the transplant of follicles this needs to change as it’s not professional and created an uncomfortable experience.

Other than that they are good at doing what they do exceptional advice great information and some good doctors and nurses working for them : )

If you are looking for professional hair transplantation, in good conditions and with the right results, I strongly recommend the services of IdealMeD. Their package deal fully lived up to expectations (and perhaps even exceeded expectations). Pick-up in VIP van at the airport, installation in one of the best hotels in the city, timely pick-ups to medical appointments, most importantly the treatment itself, where you felt in good hands. I was very nervous the morning before the intervention (with no need to be), this was helped by a very comforting welcome and professional service of the staff at the clinic. During the whole process, you have a fixed focal point speaking fluently English, who translates, explains every step and cares for every need you might have. It worked very well. 10 days after the surgery, my results look promising. After one week teleworking from home, I am now back at the office and in social life – already receiving the first positive remarks from colleagues and friends on my new looks.

The entire IdealofMeD team helped tremendously in making my hair restoration journey as seamless as possible. I was never pressured into making any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with during the consultation and beyond. The staff was very kind and professional throughout the duration of my visit, and the doctor, nurse, and technicians worked diligently to create my new hairline. Great experience again! I have done my first treatment at IoM two years ago, wanting just to look decent and to mask random grafts as a consequence of a hair transplant more than two decades ago. Didn’t have much hopes, but results turned out to be so good, that my appetite grew for more.
Following IoM recommendation, carried out the second procedure, which also went well. All the time the IoM team was in contact with me, followed the progress and giving me instructions and advices to maximize the results. Finally, ten days ago I did the third procedure, this time as an experienced patient, and my head is fully covered now. Just to be patient and wait for the results, which is a pleasant experience.
I only regret that I didn’t do it much earlier, for I thought there is not much hope for me, which turned to be wrong, to my great pleasure.
Highly recommended, experienced, friendly and kind personnel leaves no questions unanswered and unexplained. Everything goes smoothly, as a well oiled machine. Accommodation, transportation to and from, punctuality, nice feeling that you don’t have to think about anything.
I won’t name anybody in particular, for all people I met along the process, from drivers to doctors were kind and nice, I think also that traditional Turkish hospitality has something to do with it.

I had my transplant 10 days ago and so far have no complaints about the procedure or the service received. From start to finish, everyone involved has been extremely helpful and friendly and the experience of the transplant being carried out was a positive one. Time will tell with regards to the results but at this stage I couldn’t be happier.

Definite 5 Stars for IdealofMeD !! I highly recommend them to everyone in need of hair restoration. The company is very professionally managed and they produce excellent results and happy clients. You are in good hands with them. They guide the clients from start to finish which makes it very easy for the clients which includes help with hotels reservation and all transportation. They are very good at communication throughout every step of the process - starting from the initial evaluation, through the procedure, and post operative care with personal evaluations for up to a year. I am a very satisfied client and would rate them highly and recommend to all new clients.

positive-6 months after procedure hair is starting to grow and looking ok . very slow start but good coverage-happy with result.real nice coordinator Sumeyye. negative- place might be sterile but doesn’t not look that way, nor presentable, spare storage room i would call it, missing paint on the wall, random things stored there,,, i was told repeatedly by text that this is their temporary site as due to refurbishment, but that wasn’t true,team was experienced, doctor grumpy but funny,i come across with many guys whom want a hair transplant but wouldn’t recommend this anyone based on a look of the ,, room, that is a first impression,,, result is great, better than expected, so was the price, but in a competitive environment like a hair transplant industry u really need to step up, again based on results i would recommend, the rest no,,,

It has been 10days since my hair transplant. So far everything has gone well. Staff and accomodation was extremely nice!

Pros:
- Excellent supervisor / care taker
- 5 star breakfast
- After care instructions, meds and hairback app

Cons:
- Pre care kit never received
- Would have been nice to introduce all the surgeons/staff who takes care of operation: who does what and when

Overall feeling very satisfied. Fingers crossed that the results will be as good next year.

Amazing experience. From the moment I landed in Istanbul everything was organized so well and it was flawless. The pick up and accommodation was fantastic. The hair transplant went smooth and everything was on time. I got 3950 grafts in my crown area. Now I'm waiting for the end results. Highly recommend Ideal of Med.
