Tuotteen ostosta on kulunut yli 2 viikkoa eikä tuotetta vieläkään näy eikä kuulu. Asiakaspalvelusta luvattiin että tuote saapuu 10.6, mutta ei saapunut. Vaivaisella 10% alennuksella ei tee mitään. Erittäin huonosti informoitu, sillä itse olen joutunut kaiken selvittämään. Säälittävää toimintaa näin isolta yritykseltä piste.

Product received wasn't the color it should had been. I contacted support and they told me I need to pay for return cause photos online doesn't present real products !!?? I wanted to change into another color with the price I paid already ofc, but they didn't offer that possibility either. So what a hoax company selling fake stuff, and extremely bad service!

Tuote oli hyvä - lähetyksen seuranta ei: lähetyksen seuranta antoi virheellisesti tiedon, että tuote ei olisi ollut vielä lähtenyt matkaan, vaikka se oli jo haettavissa noutopisteestä. Melkein jäi tuote saamatta, kun olisivat lähettäneet takaisin.
