This company Ideal Tax is great. Much so due to the personal on board. My intake was handled by Kevin and my enrollment was handled by Katherine. When I tell you some the best customer service I ever received in my 36years of life. From two people at the same company. They both helped me get right with the IRS when things felt out of control. The experienced was like no other they keep me comfortable throughout, knowledgeable enough to help with any questions I had, respectful throughout the entire process so far. I have one more person to meet before I’m done, but I look forward to it. I thank Kevin and Katherine for helping me relive this stress.
