Lilly Reached out to me via phone snd email to communicate what she needed and completed amendments in a timely manner. She was patient in answering my questions and when I was locating what she needed. Very helpful.

Today I spoke with an Angel and her name is Katherine. Today’s call was to be short and to the point with information I had to give her.
As we were talking tears came running because I don’t have any family or friends to help me. Katherine took the time and talked to me like a true friend ( I needed that) and that makes all the difference in the world to someone who is going through hard times.

Katherine went several steps above her job description to help me. Today I definitely feel better than I have in the last few weeks.

I'm Kevin R. When i 1st made contact with ideal tax, I'll admit, I was leary about any company doing what they say.
This company has remained true to their words. I've had really good communication with them from the start, and their service has been totally satisfactory. Very respectful of my situation, and so far im very happy with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their personal or business needs.
