Ideal window systems ltd Reviews

Best company around and once again Gary and his team havent disappointed. So friendly, professional and very clean in all they do. First port of call when replacing my windows/doors and always highly recommend them to friends and on Social Media

Garry and his team were brilliant very efficient and tidy did a great job replacing windows and door locks thanks for all the help and advise Andrew

Ideal Windows have just finished replacing all of my windows and doors. From start to finish they have been outstanding, very polite and professional. Quality of product was great and they offered a very competitive price too.

I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Edit: To reply to the response below, the window didn’t leak before and now it does. To say it’s not the window is a cop-out and not what I’d expect from such an expensive service. Like I said in my review below, best to go with a company that makes good afterwards.

Unfortunately the service we received has been disappointing. We’re now left with a badly leaking window that has now cracked the wooden sill underneath and the responsibility of sorting it all out ourselves. For the price we paid (which was way more expensive than the company we would have gone with if they had availability) I wouldn’t be expecting to have to cover significant remedial works inside and out.

We’ve talked to them about it and heard excuses, but all that matters to us is that the window didn’t leak before we had the work done and now it does. We’ve also spoken to several other trade people who have independently pointed out issues with the fit.

My advice would be, go with a window company that makes good after they’ve finished and has it written into the contract rather than one that just takes responsibility for the window.

From 1st contact to finished job was very easy and professional. The team installing were courteous and respectful. We love our new replacement glass roof fitted by Gary's team. Our conservatory is just how he said it would be, warmer, more usable throughout the year and much quieter in the rain. Thank you.

Good communication- kept me up to date throughout.
Competitive pricing.
Job well done by courteous team and left beautifully clean.

Fast, reliable, and professional service from Gary and his team. I had a new composite door fitted, which I love. Good choice to choose from. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic company to deal with - very friendly staff and super efficient service. Work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Price was very competitive as well! Will definitely use them again! 10/10
