The customer service was great was helped out Christian C. Very informative helpful and even helped me look into contacts to verify some information I was looking for outside their company. Overall a great experience from this person for customer service as well and making me feel more comfortable for looking into places to live by informing me about possible scams or frauds.

I called Equifax to check on a dispute and the rep asked for my credit card number so she could charge a one time $1 fee to verify that it was me. Then she provided no information to me and the next thing I knew there was a $1 Charge by Identity IQ on my credit card statement. Weeks later I now find that there is a $19.99 charge for a month and an accompanying email. I did not authorize anyone to sign me for up for a $19.99 per month fee with this company! This is nothing but a scam. I will be calling on Monday morning and that charge better be removed and promptly. This is BS big time. I find it ironic that a company with this name would pull such shenanigans in the times we live in. It is just plain disgraceful.

IdentityIQ was used by another party to unfreeze my elderly father's credit. Little did he know that he had been signed up to a $20/monthly service that was of no use to him. This is straightforward conman behavior on the part of IdentityIQ. What an easy mark my poor old father must seem. Despicable.

Be careful! I signed up for a 1 time check and they put me on a monthly program. If this is what you asked for, it's probably a great service, but to keep me on monthly, is not what I signed up for. B.S.

Joesph was really nice and knowledgeable. Let’s not forget to mention how patient and soothing his voice is during the call. He takes his time to explain the identity information. If I had thought about it during the call I should’ve requested a supervisor for a KUDOS call. I’m a former manager for another company but reps like this should NEVER go unnoticed. Christian Cruz is an amazing fraud specialist, he is very knowledgeable in this position and has been very kind, respectable, patient and takes his job very serious. He has been there for me from the very beginning. I thank Christian from the bottom of my heart.

Stole my friends ID without her permission and tried to charge her debit card, BEWARE

This company was used by a separate party to "review" my credit for $1.
Never mentioned the recurring $20 payment they simply take from your bank account each month afterwards.
I will never understand how people are comfortable doing this type of thing. Con-artist.

This company is dishonest! Reps talk to you AS IF they are your creditor with no real identification of who and what they are. Then they collect account information and charge your account without your authorization. Total scam!

I've been using Identity IQ for years. The service and monitoring systems are top tier. This platform has identified many of my Identity theft issues over the years and has provided the necessary documentation/ information for me to proceed with filing with the FTC. The restoration specialist, Christian Cruz had the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was quick to respond to my claim and thorough at analysing my claim. He monitored my Identity theft claim constantly and even called me like twice a month and also emailed me constantly to inform me that him and his team were monitoring my account. He would provide me updates of my claim as well. I really felt safe and secure during a time of complete crisis (Identity theft) when working with Christian at Identity IQ.

So some lady said I had to have this membership to get into this apartment what a scam. Anyway I was in a rush to get in this apartment so I did it totally forgot about the subscription. When I was canceling all they did was try to keep me on and sell me more what a scam why don't you just admit having affiliate who's a scammer. They had no concerns about what i that told them about an affiliate scam process All they care is they get their money not my kind of company. I did call to discuss the issue You didn't want to hear it. Your representative continue to try to sell me other services from you read what I wrote.

Extremely rude customer service from multiple reps. Very difficult to get any one to respond in professional manner. I was placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Do not use this company. They will not assist you.

This company harassed me into staying and then upon cancel they marked and report what appears derogatory to my credit check history after cancellation I believe they harmed my credit or did something and they even tried to scare me into staying saying something might happen if you leave and your information be leaked. Highly possible to harming your history or identity upon cancellation check
