I specifically asked for someone local but my definition of local was different to the person I spoke to. I was told I would be called that day but wasn't. I found somewhere else for advice.

Useful service, that has linked us to a sensible IFA.
I submitted an on-line request. Luke responded within the day and after a quick discussion sent a proposal for contact with an IFA. Jack, the proposed IFA, was on leave but sent an email to propose a call for the following afternoon. I was not available, so we agreed a call for the next day. This introductory call went well, and we have had a follow-up call for a more detailed discussion. Jack has made some suggestions and is following up to provide more details next week. We have not made any commitment yet, so we are quite comfortable to explore further before signing up.
