I am obsessed with my purchase, but the sizing conversion chart on the site was a bit confusing for European brands. I had to size up. A more detailed fit guide would make this 5 stars.

I tried numerous times to purchase an order unsuccessfully.
I then had my husband try several more times. He was unsuccessful, He emailed twice for help, the information sent timed-out and disappeared before he could complete. The next morning the purchases went through, only to be canceled after 7-8 business days. Very confusing and disappointing 😞 😔
