The item itself is authentic and exactly what I ordered. My only issue was how long it took to get a response when I asked about shipping—it made me a bit uneasy.

I bought a few stuff here and the shipment is fast! A short skirt, some hats and sunglasses. Various type of design to choose! And of course the quality is good.

Placed an order on November 30th. The order didn't shipped until the 23 of Dec. This is unacceptable especially when buying luxury items. Today is December 28 and still dont have the item in hand. I'm extremely upset 😡

Thank you for your review. During that time, the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant challenges with shipping logistics, which led to the delay. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused. In recent years, we’ve been continuously improving our logistics and delivery processes to ensure faster, more reliable service. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again with a much better experience!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of pants and tried to return. They claimed that the "original" tags had been removed in fact all the tags were on as they came and the pants were unworn. There is no way to contact anyone on the phone it is email only. I asked to have management contact me a minimum of five time with no response. In addition the person emailing me would not give their name. All completely shady business practices.
I have had to open a dispute with my credit card to try and get my money back as they have my pants already and are refusing to refund. I order online all the time. The customer service I have received from them is truly shockingly bad.
This should stand as a warning to order anything from this company.

We’re truly sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had with your return . We understand how upsetting it is to face issues with the return process, especially when you confirm the original tags were intact and the pants were unworn. It’s unacceptable that you couldn’t reach anyone by phone, received no response from management after multiple requests, and dealt with unclear communication. We take your concerns about our customer service and business practices very seriously.
During the time of your order, we faced challenges due to high demand and logistical constraints, which may have impacted our response times and return processing. However, this is no excuse for the poor service you experienced. We’ve noted your feedback about the email-only contact and lack of transparency, and we’re actively working to improve our communication channels and staff responsiveness.
FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.
I ordered an item from them damaged and ripped. They accused me of damaging the item even though I contacted them the day it arrived. A guy named Sean called me and told me he would refund me and to send the item back but once I did they said it was outside their return window. So now they have the item AND the didn't refund me. This place is a SCAM. Buyer beware. Would NEVER buy from AGAIN!

This site overcharges for items
This site overcharges for items. I saw that they were charging $1100 for a Balenciaga purse. When I went on the official Balenciaga website, I purchased the same exact purse for $995. It was $1100 out the door with taxes and shipping. This website is overcharging for brands! Don’t be scammed! Go to the official sites for these designer handbags! You know they will be real and authentic and not overpaying 30%

Thank you for your review and for sharing your concerns about pricing at IFCHIC. We’re truly sorry to hear you felt overcharged for the Balenciaga purse compared to your purchase on the official Balenciaga website. We understand how frustrating it is to perceive a significant price difference, and we take your feedback about potential overcharging very seriously.
To clarify, our pricing reflects various factors, including sourcing, operational costs, and ensuring authenticity, but we regret if this wasn’t clear or seemed unreasonable. During the time of your purchase, there may have been additional fees or market fluctuations affecting our pricing, but we aim to remain competitive and transparent. We’re committed to offering authentic designer items, and we’d like to address your concerns directly.
