I got my package earlier than expected. It took so much less time than international shipping. Everything came extremely well packaged, my palette had a thick bubble wrapped sleve. I also got some water activated liners that came loose in the box, but I prefer that since they were safe next to the bubble wrap but not overly packaged. They had an absolute TON of shipping options. My only complaint comes from them being a new small business. They don't have a full range of stalk for every brand they carry. Nor do they have all the brands I would like to see. I do think this will change as they get bigger. I will definitely use this site again.

Super fast shipping, great communication, and cool products.

Processing time was insanely fast, they had my order ready for shipping within an hour of it being placed, everything was packed very thoroughly and tightly. Everything arrived in mint condition despite me watching the delivery driver chuck it at my door

First thing I noticed was that their price was exactly the same as what I would’ve paid, had I bought from the US. After ordering, I got consistent updates about my package up until it was delivered. I've placed 5 orders since the website started and every time they provided a great service. Fast shipping, good packaging, and no issues.

They always package products so well so nothing will break! On the off chance my product was defective they help you reach out to the vendor so the shade can be replaced. Great customer service and they can also offer to hold your package so you can pay for shipping later to save on shipping if you’re like me and want to save that way.

I'm always scared to buy from smaller/lesser known online stores but I had a great experience with I feel beautiful!! Not having to pay an arm and a leg for shipping was such a relief and I received my order in less than 3 days (I live in Alberta). Packaging was good and the item was exactly how it was supposed to be :)

Great experience shipping all the way to aus again, yes it’s pricey but the owner takes so much care in packaging and protecting fragile makeup that it makes it totally worth it! I Feel Beautiful provides products that are otherwise inaccessible in Canada and I don't have to worry about unknown taxes, duties, or tariffs. The packaging is incredible and I don't have to worry about shattered pressed powders or damaged products, despite the distance my order has to travel. I have placed a number of orders and will continue to place more!
