Not only does IFB offer an amazing selection of indie makeup brands, has fast shipping, and packages everything perfectly, they have *the best* customer service! I had questions about an upcoming makeup line and the email-turnaround-time was the fastest I've ever experienced, and they didn't miss a single question. IFB truly cares about creating a Canadian space for indie makeup.

IFB's customer and shipping services are excellent. I've placed 2 orders with IFB. One pre US shipping halt and one after (custom order). Both orders arrived to Florida in perfect condition. The owner is professional, nice, helpful, and replies to emails within a reasonable time.

I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience! The shipping was incredibly fast — my order arrived from British Columbia to Nova Scotia in just a few days. The packaging was super secure and thoughtful, everything was in perfect condition when I opened it. You can tell real care went into it.
