Acabo de comprar mi estilográfica Falcon con plumín flexible: es un excelente instrumento, muy suave, permite que los colores de la tinta se vean en plenitud.
Excelente peso y equilibrio.
El trazo es un poco mas grueso de lo que esperaba para plumines japoneses.
Además de una excelente y dedicada atención en la tienda, como siempre.

Das Paket mit meinem Esterbrook Botanical Garden wird angekündigt mit einer Laufzeit von 7 Tagen und erreicht mich aber mit DHL Express am übernächsten Tag. Das hat mich so angenehm überrascht, dass ich das erwähnen muss. 👍

Update: The company contacted me after my original review on March 5, offering a refund, which I accepted. It's April 14, and after a few email exchanges, I still don't have my money, with no response to my last follow-up email. At least the customer experience is consistent with them: it's terrible from end-to-end.

Currently having a terrible experience with Iguanasell AU and Zeppelin. I ordered two Zeppelin watches at the end of December that showed as "in stock" on Iguana's website, only to find out that they were going to be manufactured AFTER my order. If I see something in stock, I expect the product already exists, and to be shipped within a couple of days. Anyway, I had to reset my expectations on when I would actually receive the watches. Good thing I wasn't buying a gift for a birthday or something.

On Feb 17, they sent me an email saying that they are going to receive the watches from the manufacturer that week and then ship them to me. But three days later, got another email saying my watch didn't pass quality control and it has to be manufactured again. No estimated time of delivery was provided.

I replied asking if we could push Zeppelin to provide an estimated delivery, and what was going on with the second watch I purchased as they only mentioned one watch in their email. I took the opportunity to tell them how disappointed I was, and that they should be more transparent about how they operate (listing stuff as in stock when it's not, listing an AU phone number but having no local customer service etc.). Two weeks later, and they haven't replied to my email. My money has been in their bank account for a long time though. Not really what I would call "exemplary" customer service, as they claim. If you want to spare yourself some stress, avoid Iguana Sell AU.

El nivel de asistencia durante el proceso de adquisición y envío es sorprendentemente bueno.

Compré una Pluma Aurora , la devolví porque me llegó con el plumín abierto, en lugar de cambiarme la por una nueva , le cambiaron el plumín. Cuando me llegó por segunda vez la pluma no escribía bien, el flujo de tinta no era continuo. La volví a devolver de nuevo y les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero. Al pasar de los días y sin tener respuesta los volví a contactar por email, y me respondieron que no me devolvían el dinero porque la pluma tenía en el cuerpo una raya. Que yo evidentemente no hice, y que seguramente ya estaba así inicialmente. Finalmente no me devolvieron el dinero . Acabo de recibir la pluma devuelta y , sinceramente no veo ningún desperfecto.
Lo siento , pero nunca más volveré a comprarles nada.

Compré una pluma de 440 euros a mi pareja a finales de noviembre. Cuando se la regalé no le convenció el modelo y fuimos a Iguana Sell a cambiarla por otra. No tenían los modelos que él quería (una Pelikan o una Graf Von), pero nos dijeron que los pedirían y nos avisarían cuando llegaran. Después de unas cuatro semanas, solo llegó uno de los modelos, una pluma Pelikan. Fuimos a verla nos gustó pero no tenían el plumín extrafino. Nos dijeron que nos lo pedirían y nos avisarían. No nos llamaron, tuvimos que llamar nosotros. Llegó por fin el plumín, pero solo de uno de los modelos solicitados, el otro nunca llegó. Fuimos por él y cuando llegamos a casa no escribía bien, estaba mal alineado. Tuvimos que volver a la tienda…., nos dijeron que nos llamarían cuando trajeran un plumín nuevo de fábrica. No nos llamaron. A las dos semanas tuvimos que llamar nosotros. En esta última llamada, surrealista, nos dijeron que aún “no sabían la fecha de fabricación” de ese plumín extrafino…, ante tamaña tomadura de pelo cancelamos el pedido.
Todo este tedioso proceso se alarga casi tres meses, en el que hemos perdido mucho tiempo – hemos ido tres veces a la tienda-, y mi pareja aún no tiene su regalo de cumpleaños.
El día que fui a que me devolvieran el dinero no recibí ni una triste explicación ni una mísera disculpa. Nada. Todo el proceso ha sido una incomprensible tomadura de pelo, una total falta de seriedad y de profesionalidad.

Being a neophyte on the subject of feathers, and after the explanations received, from the IGUANA team, I decided on a pen out of logic, for a beginner. A Namiki, it's true that Nippon Arts is the cheapest, but... It is EXCEPTIONAL, of exquisite quality, warmth in the hand that impresses. And when writing flows... Charging your credit card for a product they don't have in stock or even know if they can source is not a good business practice, and not ethical. In particular if after a week of having charged your card they have no idea if they'll deliver the pen.

Communication can be slow, thus the 4 stars instead of 5, but the products are usually sold at very reasonable prices and you have the guarantee that comes with an authorized and established dealer.

I recently purchased a Namiki/Pilot Urushi pen from them and received it safely with all proper documentation. I will purchase more pens from Iguana Sell in the future.

He tenido una experiencia lamentable con esta tienda tras adquirir una pieza de escritura de 500 €. El producto llegó defectuoso y, en lugar de ofrecer una solución inmediata como exige la ley, el vendedor se negó a realizar el reembolso o la sustitución, pretendiendo obligarme a esperar a que el fabricante lo reparase.

Es inadmisible que un comercio de este nivel ignore el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores), que establece claramente que el vendedor es el responsable directo de la garantía y que el consumidor tiene derecho a elegir entre reparación o sustitución ante una falta de conformidad.

He tenido que elevar el caso a una disputa formal a través de PayPal y presentar una denuncia ante la Inspección de Consumo para que se cumplan mis derechos. Si estás pensando en comprar un artículo de lujo aquí, ten en cuenta que, si hay problemas, intentarán eludir su responsabilidad legal.

No recomiendo este sitio en absoluto. La atención al cliente no está a la altura del precio de sus productos.

It's a large pen with a 90% resemblance to the Sailor Ebonite KOP which is 7 to 8 times more expensive. It feels substantial in the hand, and the steel broad nib writes beautifully.

Übersichtliche Website, einfacher Bestellvorgang. Zwischen Bestellung und Ankunft des Füllers vergingen gerade mal 25 Stunden und das bei Lieferung aus Madrid per DHL Express. Outstanding craftsmanship
This Namiki Yukari pen shows how Japanese artistry and technical skills can produce an object that is both utilitarian and aesthetic. It is absolutely stunning in its design, the minimalist pine needles theme is balanced with the glittery fragments of abalone shells. I have spent a lot of time just admiring the effect of the changing shimmers, but I am also enjoying the smooth writing. An investment, but it’s certainly worth it.
