Realmente lo que se anuncia. Calidad máxima y servicio perfecto.

Estoy bastante contento con el reloj, en mi caso un “Coke”. Creo que la relación calidad precio es, si no imbatible, de lo mejor. Se me ha ido informando vía email del estado del pedido…Seguro que repetiré con otro modelo.

Es el cuarto que compro como siempre ufff espectaculares mil gracias 👌 tardo un días más pero ha merecido la espera 👍

El proceso de compra facilísimo a través de su web. El tiempo de entrega dentro del plazo que indican y con un seguimiento constante. Respondiendo a las dudas o cuestiones que surgían vía whassap o email...y el reloj..espectacular, una calidad visible y que se siente con un movimiento Seiko muy bueno. Volveré a comprar sin duda.

Servicio pmuy personalizado, respondiendo todas y cada una de mis preguntas , el reloj tal cual lo anuncian sin sorpresas desagradables, no sera el ultimo que compre!:_)

Era un poco exceptica a comprar un reloj por internet,viendo las reseñas me decidí por esta empresa.
En todo momento tuve comunicación con ellos,para aclararme dudas y por supuesto me decidí y la experiencia ha sido de 10.
Recibí el reloj una auténtica maravilla,tal y como ellos me iban comunicando , pero se quedaron cortos ,mi marido quedó fascinado con su reloj y yo con todo ,porque cuidan al cliente extraordinariamente , atendiendote tantas veces como haga falta para todo esté perfecto.
Sin duda volveré a comprar.

Conocí hace muy poco tiempo esta página. He comprado ya dos relojes a cada cual mejor. Con un trato excepcional, te resuelven las dudas, cualquier problema que surja te lo solucionan sin ponerte pegas. La verdad que estoy encantadisimo de haberlos conocido y comprar sus productos. Son una gente excelente. Y los relojes una auténtica maravilla en estética y en funcionamiento. Gracias por la atención.

Destaco positivamente el tiempo de entrega, ha sido dentro del plazo de los 15 dias, y por decir algo negativo el reloj se parece al que muestran, pero nada que ver. Sobre todo la pulsera. En el video muestran una pulsera que no tiene nada que ver con la que envían. Por lo menos en mi reloj

Todo perfecto! El reloj tardó entre 2-3 semanas en llegar y aunque hubo algún momento en el que desconfíe de la página, debido a que no se actualizaba el estado del pedido, debo decir que son totalmente unos profesionales. Reloj muy bonito y calidad palpable a simple vista, volveré a comprar en un futuro. Recomiendo 100%!

La calidad del reloj es muy buena, pero la atención al cliente, sencillamente excepcional ! El gran valor de RCB Mods, ya no es su cuidado a los detalles con los relojes, lo que les hace ser fuera de serie y excepcional es como cuida al cliente. Son absolutamente increíbles

I bought a watch in good faith and the strap fell apart after a few days wear. I reported this and initially the response was fairly positive.
They stated that they’d send me the pin to replace the missing one. I don’t think they had realised that the missing pin was a larger or thicker screw pin that attached the clasp to the 1st link. Once I pointed that out they said it would take up to a week to get to me. I accepted that and asked them to let me know once it was posted-sent.
A week passed by and I sent a further message (email) only to be ignored. I sent further emails and they eventually stated that they had just sent a new replacement bracelet (strap). Great I thought.
In the meantime I had placed a review here in trustpilot. 2 weeks had passed at this stage.
About an hour after I placed my review they sent me an email asking me to remove it. I stated that I would update my review once they had sent my replacement part.
The following day they sent me another email insinuating that they are not sending me the replacement part unless I remove the review!!
So they had lied about sending me the replacement strap.
Since then they have blocked me on Facebook and sent an email stating that it is not guaranteed and they won’t be replacing it.
I did some digging and found out that Seiko do not allow or deal with watch Mod companies (there are many) and that the seiko movements are copied. Not original seiko parts.
Feel free to check yourself as I’m not allowed to paste the source (from seiko’s website)
In the meantime I’ve asked for their ‘hojas de reclamaciones’ which they are obliged by law to send to me. They are being evasive here also.
So far they’ve sent me an unusable link, and an email telling me to find it myself (in Catalan)
That’s fine. My wife speaks fluent Catalan and we will be pursuing them with a denuncia and a claim through the official channels with the Spanish and Catalan authorities. They are obliged by law to respond and my claim will be investigated.
Don’t let them treat you like this.
This is the worst customer care I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Having posted my honest review which was only because I had been ignored, I received an email within an hour. This email asked me to remove my review, stating that they’d replace my faulty part.
I responded stating that I’d update my review honestly once my strap was replaced or repaired. Since then I’ve been fobbed off further, strung along for another week, only to be finally told that they will not replace my faulty bracelet (jubilee style strap). They had previously promised that it had already been posted out to me.
This is a terrible way to treat a customer.
I have all emails as proof of what I’ve stated.
I am now also blocked on Facebook and it seems they’ve removed their adverts.
Update.
I asked for their hoja de reclamaciones and they sent me a link that doesn’t work.
I also found out that seiko do not sanction any seiko parts use in Mod Watches.

No es la primera vez que compro en RCBMods y, viendo la calidad, no será la última. El nivel de acabados en los relojes es increíble, se nota el gran trabajo que hacen. Además, la atención al cliente es de 10. ¡Muy contento con la compra, totalmente recomendados!
